Function: Focus on providing quality service to customer’s move requirement from quote preparation, follow ups of quotes, closing the deal, and planning the client’s smooth relocation.
Customer Service and Sales Focus: Promptly responds to client’s queries and deals with irate clients with utmost understanding and concern. Negotiates price with clients as well as vendors in achieving a win-win agreement for both parties.
Administrative Focus: Ensures that proper organization of files, such as costs, receipts, communication and agreements are documented and filed accordingly. Ensures quotations to clients and reports, such as sales closing ratio and financial revenue targets for the month are submitted regularly on time as well as promptly recording of details in the system.
Financial Focus: Accurate calculation of costing, pricing and ensures that proper margins are allocated. Ensures that invoicing and collection of payments are done on time.
Operational Management: Plans the schedule with the client and ensures that schedules are effectively organized and information are properly passed on to operations, shipping coordinator and any outside vendor required.
Function: Responsible in managing, supervising, monitoring and leading the Customer Service Team in order to provide quality support to both our Sales and Operations team as well handles Move Management / Coordination and Account Management.
People Management: Focuses on improving and creating process flow for Customer Service to ensure efficiency in job completion. Holds regular meetings and coach staff to ensure that each member is aware of the company’s goals and objective as well as address any issues they have in their job role.
Customer Service and Sales Focus: Address complaints from customers and ensures matter are resolved accordingly. Negotiates transactions, whether it may be closing sales with clients or vendors as well as resolving concerns that will benefit both company and client.
Administrative Focus: Ensures proper organization of files, such as costs, receipts, communication and agreements are filed, documented and entered in the system accordingly. Ensures quotations to clients and reports, such as the team’s monthly financial revenue, daily operational schedule, data accuracy report, storage report, are checked and submitted to management on time. Conducts interviews for candidates and prepares the orientation schedule for new employees.
Finance Focus: Accurate calculation of costing, pricing and ensures that proper margin allocations are completed accordingly. Ensures timely completion of invoicing and collection of payment for the team.
Operational Management: Plans the schedule with the client and ensures that schedules are effectively organized and information are properly passed on to operations and any outside vendor required.
Function: Responsible for the overall office administration in Dubai branch including manning the reception, and personal assistant to the Managing Director, as well as, assisting Sales and Customer Service in handling quotations and coordination of shipments.
Customer Service and Sales Focus: Promptly responds to client’s survey requests as well as queries regarding the move process from the origin country to destination country. Answers call courteously and directs guests to proper contacts.
Administrative Focus: Prepares reports for the Managing Director, as well as quotation for clients, Handles and negotiates prices with vendors, checks and reports any maintenance concerns for the office, Monitors office supplies for the company, and organizes company events.
Financial Focus: Ensures correct calculation of costing and quotation as well as invoicing and collection of payments are done on time.
Function: Responsible for the overall office administration in Abu Dhabi branch including manning the reception, administration and accounting tasks, as well as handles Customer Service and Move Coordination for Export and Import shipments.
Customer Service and Sales Focus: Contacts customers to set up pre-move inspection and arranges confirmation of move. Answers incoming calls and responds to client’s queries, and sends out quotation negotiates prices with clients as well as vendors to achieve a win-win agreement for both parties.
Administrative Focus: Prepares costing and quotations, enters details in the system, organizes a move file, preparation and monitoring of invoices and payment receipts, deposits payments and sends monthly report to Main office in Dubai on payments received, ensures that office supplies are replenished and office is well maintained.
Financial Focus: Handles petty cash for the Abu Dhabi branch and provides weekly report to reimburse petty cash, prepares costing and negotiates prices with clients, ensures completion collection of payment and deposits on a daily basis any cash or cheque payments received within the same day.
Operational Management: Schedule moves of customers and ensures all information are handed over to operations crew and monitors progress of the move.
Function: Responsible in leading the Customer Service Team; involves supervising and monitoring the coordinator’s daily activities. Handles Move Coordination as well as Account Management.
People Management: Involves in training and designating duties to customer service coordinators and ensuring efficient job completion, which involves survey requests, quotes preparation, communications, coordination of booked jobs and invoice production.
Customer Service and Sales Focus: Addresses customer’s queries with regards to their relocation.
Administrative Focus: Completes Sales and Corporate Services Progress Report every month and monitors other related reports done by the other CSR. Prepares cost estimates in the absence of the salesperson and completes accrual on every job completed.
Finance Focus: Ensures timely completion of invoicing and collection of payment from customers.
Operational Management: Plans the schedule with the client and ensures that schedules are effectively organized and information are properly passed on to operations and any outside vendor required.
Main HR Function: Responsible in administering company and government mandated benefits to employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Customer Service Skills: Ensures that every query of new and existing employees are addressed as well as kept informed of any new policy by the company and the Ministry of Labour. Handles any complaints and issues of employees with utmost confidentiality and understanding.
Administrative Skills: Ensures that all employees’ movement status is documented and reports change of details to pertinent government agencies. Records employee information in the system and ensures 201 files are organized and updated on every employee change of status.
Other Relative skills: Assist the Employee Relations Specialists in all company-wide activities, such as organizing events for the company.
