Site Inspector of all structural components (Concrete, steel and shuttering) with the conformity to the approved Design Construction Plans/Drawings.

 Reviews/checks the civil/structural construction drawing for verification if there are any discrepancies that needs to be corrected prior field implementation.
 Prepares daily work schedule and supervises the implementation of the programmed and unprogrammed field preventive maintenance and repair activities of pipeline concrete supports and other related pipeline accessories in the FCRS.
 Ensures proper utilization, monitoring and controlling of manpower, materials and equipment used in area of responsibility as well as the health and safety of the people involved in the activities.
 Prepares weekly plans and programs and accomplishment reports for the preventive maintenance and repairs of various on-line fresh waterlines for the power plant, other related equipment and accessories.
 Coordinates with the FCRS Operations, FCRS maintenance section and other sections regarding schedules, timetables and implementation details of field preventive civil works maintenance and repair activities of the FCRS.
 Strictly supervises progress of work and ensures that no deviation from the design/specification occurs during work undertaking
 Handles technical evaluation, implementation and monitoring on the contractors work performance of all major and minor civil/structural projects.
 Oversees the implementation/monitor of work activities on major and minor projects particularly on health and safety done by contractors.
 Oversees the implementation/monitor of the construction of warehouse building and the construction of pipeline steel bridges and concrete spillways.
 Oversees the implementation of installation of fresh waterlines (Alvenius Pipelines) for the Power Plant and Rig Drilling requirements.
 Responsible in fielding/coordination of manpower, tools and equipment, that in his own judgment, deem necessary to support the needed accomplishment of the project.
 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superiors.

 Prepares and recommends civil/structural fabrication and installation methodologies/schemes to the civil works area supervisor and ensures proper implementation of established procedures/methodologies.
 Prepares material take-off, rebar cutting and bending schedule, fabrication of forms and conduct routine inspection of the on-going site activities and take notes of works needing correction or rectification.
 Assist the civil work area supervisor in implementation/construction of various major and minor projects.
 In charge in the computation of equipment utilization report and vehicle trip ticket utilization report in the area of assignment.
 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superiors

 Prepare the Annual maintenance plan and program of activities.
