I am a part of PM/CM Team that manage the construction of a land With a total development area of
173 km² (66.8 sq. mi) The total cost of the city is around SR 207 billion, with the project being built
by Emaar Properties. A Tadawul-listed company created from Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based
public joint stock company and one of the world’s largest real estate companies, and SAGIA(Saudi
Arabian General Investment Authority) which is the main facilitator of the project.

A. Responsible for the Inspection of all Architectural works.
B. Monitor the Architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contact documents and the
procedures manuals.
C. Assisting my superior to make site instruction, Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and letters to contractor in
case of any change of contract documents or any deviations from the specification at the site.
D. Follow-up contractor and sub-contractor’s engineers query and clarify inquiries if any.
E. Ensure that the safety of work methods, procedures are complying with HSE plan.
F. Participate in Reviewing Method of Statement of each asset.
G. Conducting inspection for materials and equipment calibration to ensure all materials to be installed are
complying with Material Approval Submittal (MAR).
H. Prepare weekly and monthly report to Resident Engineer and Project Manager about work progress and site
condition.
I. Direct and supervise the final inspection of construction activities and approved worked for proceeding after
ensuring full compliance with the approved related quality procedures and measurements.
J. Conducting Snagging and De-snagging on completed Asset.
K. Perform all other duties that may requested by the Resident Engineer or
