• Achieved 300% growth in division revenues for the period Jan 2008 to Dec 2011. For 2012, on target to achieve a 30% growth from 2011.
• Consistently achieved targets for profitability growth & Inventory turnover ratio.
• Achieved a dominant market leadership position for Makita Power tools & accessories in Qatar with 45% market share
• Received:
 Awards from Makita, Japan in 2009 & 2010 for highest growth in power tools sales and in 2011 for highest growth in accessories sales in Middle East & CIS countries.
 Additional award from Makita for the year 2011 for developing the best trained team in Middle East & CIS countries
 Award from Ramset Fixing systems in the year 2011 for the best performing country in GCC for 2011
 Recognition from Chicago Pneumatic Construction equipments as the market which achieved highest growth in 2010 & 2011 in GCC countries
• Efficiently developed:
 An end-user oriented business model which helped in moving our brands to leadership position.
 A strong dealer network which accounts to 50% of sales.
• Successfully managed and developed market share for Power Tools, Construction equipments & Fixing Systems brands
• Diversified our business by acquiring exclusive distribution for 11 new leading multinational brands & developing market for these brands in Qatar & Bahrain.
• Developed a team of multinational talent which includes Brand Managers, Segment Managers, Customer Service Manager, Marketing Manager and a dynamic sales force.

• Successfully set up new business division in Bahrain to expand market for our brands.

• Joined as Sales Executive and with the series of promotions rose to the level of Country Manager.

Accomplishments
• Increased our subscriber base from 4, 000 to 18, 000
• Consistently over achieved Annual Operation plan targets
• Significantly contributed in making Bahrain the second largest subsidiary in GCC in terms of the number of non standard projects signed (services to Hotels, Luxury Apartments).
• Distinction of setting up a strong Dealer network which accounted to 25% of business.
• Successfully curbed illegal distribution of orbit channels through cable TV, Building and Hotels coordinating with Government agencies
• Efficiently launched new products like:
 Orbit Satnet Broadband Internet for home, office and enterprise solutions
 Orbit calling cards
