ROTATING EQUIPMENTS
Centrifugal Pumps:
•Experience in maintenance of single stage pumps and multi stage pumps. Assembling and dismantle of pumps. (Boilers feed water pumps, cooling water pumps, cooling oil changes for periodical, Pump isolation and shutdown works, crude transfer pump, Booster pumps.

•Involved in centrifugal Pumps overhauling, mechanical seals assembling, clearance check and aligning the pump with prime mover by reverse dial indicator and laser method.
Reciprocating Pumps:
•Experience in maintenance of plunger pumps, (BHEL, NATIONAL and STEVAN) Wilton Pumps, Strainer cleaning, Filter changing, NRV valves replaces and etc. experience in assembling and dismantle of pumps.

•Worked in reciprocating pumps like Pulse Feeder repair & maintenance activites.

Centrifugal Compressor:
•Having experience in Nuovo Pignone, Dresser Clark, Dresser Rand (France), Kirloskar make Natural gas lifting centrifugal compressor with Liquid film seals and dry gas seals system with various capacities.
•Involved in seal changing, bearing changing and its seal and Lube oil circuits accessories Maintenance.
•Checking the Journal bearing, thrust bearing, Labyrinth and oil seal clearance etc.

Reciprocating Compressor:
•Having experience-reciprocating compressor with instrument air services with various capacities.
•Checking the piston ring, big end bearing, small end bearing cross head and main bearing clearances. Checking and adjusting the piston rod deflection.
•Make : Mitsui Thomason, Nuovo pignone, Kobe Steel Screw Compressor.
•Operation maintenance and troubleshooting of different makes of screw compressor like Ingersoll Rand, K.G.Khosla, Kirloskar etc.
•Having good experience in screw compressors all control systems like pressure limiting valve, pressure sensing valve, blow off valve, vent valve, shuttle valve, suction control butterfly valve with cylinder actuator, oil stop valve, air oil separator inspection and replacement.

Gear Boxes:
•Involved in prevents maintenance and bearing changing, inspection of Bearing and check the backlash clearance activities.
•Done gear clearance setting, bearing alignment setting, oil seal checking and replacing.
Engine:
•Worked on complete overhaul and troubleshooting of gas and diesel engine and testing for the same ideal and load conditions. Changing cylinder head per lube pump check valve lash, etc. Maintained the required clearances on their major parts such as connecting, bearings, piston pins, etc.
Fans & Blowers:
•Having experience to change the blade angles, belt aligning tensioning in the pulley with Driver.
Gas Turbines:
•Carried out preventive maintenance on their accessories and combustion chambers, gas fuel valves, air start motors, injectors, pre/post lube pump, changing air and diesel fuel filters, Various Reduction & Step up Gear Boxes associated with rotating equipment’s. Cooling Tower Fans, Blowers, and Various Pneumatically Operated Equipment’s.

STATIC EQUIPMENTS

•Worked in safety relief valves, filters, strainers, flame arrester, and pipeline plant Maintenance.
•Involved in safety relief valves overhauling & calibration and general valves Gate Valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve etc.
•Repair and change the gland packing and plant preventive maintenance of static equipment’s.


Separator:
•Having experience in 2 phase and 3 phase (horizontal, vertical, Sphere) separator maintenance to change mist pad, vertex breaker, coalescing plates, deflected etc.
•Involved in startup shutdown and commissioning procedure all type of separators.

Heat exchangers:

•Having experience in plate type, shell and tube (single and multi-tubes) exchanger. Involved in maintenance and repair of tubes, nozzle baffle plates, spool piece etc. Also worked on Fin-Fan coolers for changing the blade angle and replacing the motor etc.

Valve:
•Service and operation inspection of all types of valve like Ball valve, Globe valve, Plug valves, Gate valve, Butterfly valve, Diaphragm form valve, Non return valve (Flab type & Plate type valve), Sandwich type, Piston type NRV Automatic Pneumatic Actuators control valve in utility department.

Responsibilities:

•Routine checking of all plant rotary and static equipment like pumps, compressor and vessels.
•Doing field mechanical jobs as per instruction of higher authority.
•Keep all work permits like Hot and Cold work &Complimentary permit doing the job for safe work.
•Involve job in field equipment maintenance and maintain good housekeeping.
