•Greet customers with courtesy and professionally
•Interact with customers via telephone, email and provide them with various information about DP World
•Monitor area of responsibility via camera surveillance
•Create contingency plan to mitigate incident occurrence.

•Serve as intermediary between the clients and the Insurance co.
•File Insurance policy claims and follow up of the same.
•Conduct market survey and submit compiled reports on various policies.
•Verify, enter and update all data such as insurance policy documentation.
•Assist on special duties assigned by superiors and subordinates
