Management Performance Management by developing objectives for the top team and ensure its implementation by fair assessments and appraisal discussions. Conduct TNA and address training/development needs. Assess engagement levels and introduce financial /non-financial engagement initiatives. Monitor key role succession and extend short/long terms career development plan for the talent pipeline. Revamp incentive schemes with the market condition.
