Role responsibilities
•Prioritize security coverage to ensure that strategically important data, such as Confidential commercial information, or personal data...etc. over Email and Physical records, receives the highest levels of protection. Identifying phishing campaigns, analyzing and addressing them.
•Design and implement the security architecture and best practices for the organization, identify gaps and recommend new/revised policies and procedures, approval processes, and monitoring methods
•Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s cyber security plan and ISO 27001.
•Research the Latest Threats, Zero-day Vulnerabilities, Exploits, IOC's and Adhoc Threat Intelligence reports and applied in the Security controls for Detection and Remediation
•Manage security event and incidents. Monthly meetings with Senior Management regarding security and infrastructure operations. Update critical incidents targeting the industry.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders such as Service Owners, Communications, User Experience, Helpdesk and Operations to collect and define business requirements and allocate resources, accordingly, ensuring that knowledge, experience and communication skills of these resources appropriately fit the clients demanding SLA’s.
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure optimum services maintained. Identify the gaps and enhance the skills through internal or external training.
•Accountable for client satisfaction of the agreed services within the demanded SLA, that includes response, resolution, reporting and RCA.
