Responsibilities :
- In coordination with the Head of Publishing, Supervising & assisting the Sales Team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
- Participate in client meetings & Sales transactions and leading on the top portfolio.
- Track and analyze the client’s spending behavior & the Competition performance using IPSOS Media Monitoring Software for Press (Newspapers) U.A.E and direct the sales team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi accordingly.
- Represent the company in front of All Multinational/International Advertising Agencies/MBU’s .
- Negotiate yearly deals with the multinational advertising agencies, and track their spending throughout the year to ensure their commitment to the agreement.
- Setting Yearly Media Forecast with the Head of Publishing
- Working under tight deadlines.

Media World L.T.D owns over 270 Outdoor Advertising Locations across Lebanon(MegaPoles, Unipoles, MiniPoles, Wall Signs, Rooftops)
Reponsabilities :
- Allocate the Multinational Advertising Agencies & MBU’s/Local Advertising Agencies/Direct Clients equally across the sales team based on the spending volume to ensure full and fair coverage of the market.
- Train the sales team to ensure full understanding of the demographics and distribution of the panels across Lebanon, and support the sales team with ride-along coaching, & participate in clients' meetings & sales transactions.
- Ensure a full understanding of the industry (Outdoor advertising) in Lebanon, by tracking competitors’ activities (Outdoor Advertising Companies) plus current & potential Clients using IPSOS Media Monitoring software to analyze the spending behavior of the clients to be able to set a yearly forecast and lead the sales team accordingly.
Handling a portfolio of top spenders (Multinational MBU’s/Clients)
- Present and oversee proposals based on the Client’s target, with cost and execution schedules and produce spending updates throughout the campaign.
- Interfere in the execution of the campaigns by reviewing the guidelines set by the ministry of interior on the visual (Advertisement), and follow up with the installation team to get the job done on time.
- Review client’s invoices in coordination with the accounting department and give approval to issue the invoices.
- Daily and monthly reporting to MD
Handling AL Watan Newspaper KSA and Faden in Mall Muppies
Responsibilities :
- In coordination with the sales manager, assist the sales and delegate roles and split the Multinational Advertising Agencies/ MBU’s equally across the sales team.
- Train the sales team on the following Media: Al Watan newspaper K.S.A, Faden in Mall Mupi, She Sees in Salon Advertising, Blue Connect Bluetooth Advertising, and UNO Oman Outdoor & Akhbar Al Arab Newspaper U.A.E. To ensure full understanding of the industry and our company’s competitive position.
- Participate in client meetings & Sales transactions.
- Track and analyze the client’s spending behavior using IPSOS Media Monitoring Software for Press (Newspapers) K.S.A & U.A.E and direct the sales team accordingly.
- Present and oversee proposals based on the Client’s target through Creative Media Buying for each Client with media evaluation results for Reach %, GRP and OTS/Average frequency
Reporting and budget management for each client, including producing spending updates throughout the Campaign.
- Represent the company in front of All Multinational/International Advertising Agencies/MBU’s (Managerial Level)
- Negotiate yearly deals with the multinational advertising agencies, and track their spending throughout the year to ensure their commitment to the agreement.
- Setting Yearly Media Forecast with the Sales Manager.
- Working under tight deadlines and juggling several projects at the same time.
- Representing the company in press conferences & exhibitions.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
