• Using CMOS & AMS module to burn the RF Tag’s
• Prepare all the paper work for moving pallets and other shipment items from CRSP.
• Write the RF TAG and prepare TCMD from 1149 information
• Maintaining and handling signature cards (DA Form 1687)
• Assist customers in tracking the shipment from RF ITV Server using an ITV Account
• Prepare DD FORM 1687-2(Special Handling Data Certification) and DD 1907(Signature and Tally Record) for the shipment of sensitive and Special Handling Cargo
• Verify hazmat documentation and materials for all hazardous cargo going in & out
• Using appropriate hazardous label systems
• Coordinate with US Customs to schedule cargo inspection dates
• Interacts with customers, to provide assistance with requisitions, reconciliations as per required.
• Provide response for customer’s inquirer and phone calls
• Verify information from DD Forms 1149 for accuracy before writing a RF Tag
• Prepare the Daily Status, Daily Activity, Daily Shipment, Weekly and Monthly Report
• Create documentation associated with all inbound and outbound shipments
• Filing and updating files update and keep files on everything you do according to the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). That is the requirements by both VECTRUS and Military.
• Maintain computer database for the all Air Cell Shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Material Control Specialist
• Cross-leveled materials in stock requested at other sites for project
• Complete monthly inventory for property & materials received from descorped sites.
• Material Physical receiving and processing Thru DynMro (Receiving, Issue, Turn-In & Update locations in DynMro system)
• Responsible for all reports in receiving such as overage, shortage and damage (OS&D), report of discrepancies (ROD) and material request reports (MRR).
• Inputs pertinent data from receipt and acceptance, to quality inspection, to inventory, into appropriate tracking system modules
• Supports the Material Requirements planning effort, by ensuring steady supply of material’s within the supply chain
• Coordinates with operations, maintenance, warehouse and engineering to ensure proper scheduling and movement of materials and supplies.
• Analyzing and submitting, daily performance, quality control reports.
• Monitors parts and components quantities received from vendors and identifies problem areas.
• Inputs pertinent data from receipt and acceptance, to quality inspection, to inventory, into appropriate tracking system modules.
• Ensure accurate submission of required administrative and analytical reports and metrics in support of LOGCAP supply chain processes.
