1. Adani Project ITSM:
Adani engaged with Input Zero Technologies for SNOW ITSM (Incident Management) via e-bonding with different vendors
to manage all incident through SNOW. This project covered the scope in Incident management, Knowledge management
and Service level management.

2. Tata Communications Ltd. ITSM and ITBM
In this project, we were implementing an expenditure requisition system (ERS) for both CAPEX and OPEX. This will
help in transition from existing CERS to new platform for CAPEX and creating a new one for OPEX.

▪ Interacting with the Clients to facilitate smooth communication to understand and analyze the business requirements
and to identify appropriate solutions for the Clients, thereby ensure repeat / referral business.
▪ Actively involved initiating, planning, execution, tracking / monitoring, controlling and closing the project as scheduled
and in implementing operational processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
▪ Collaborating with the management group for technology assessment, resource management, talent acquisition, and
project cost estimation and proposal formulation.
▪ Accountable for commercial sign-off on Project including Work order, Pricing, Scope of Project, and Delivery dates.
▪ Liaising with the development team members and communicate the requirements to them for developing new
applications.
▪ Establishing a Quality Assurance framework for software development processes for achieving excellence through
Qualitative Project Management.
▪ Managing activities pertaining to finalization of projects / applications for smooth execution of projects, providing
technical service support to clients and resolving their issues.
▪ Executing end-to-end program deployment and effectively planned resource utilization and manpower deployment to
ensure delivery of projects within time, cost, quality and budgetary parameters with project customized reports
