Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the construction effort and be the construction
representative of our company with Client. To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to
formulate the most cost- effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the
execution of that plan.

Developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, solving technical problems, and ensuring safety and quality standards compliance. Also supervise the work of contractors and engineers, conduct site inspections, and provide technical support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

College of Business and College of Women Project contains the following facilities

Project value 264 million KD

1. Conduct ocular inspection and prepare reports for all deficiencies and make proposals.
2. Prepare work schedule and material take-off to both maintenance and special project.
3. Monitor all supervisors in implementing job orders and special projects.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with subordinates.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly project status report.
6. Ensure proper implementation of safety practice (PPE) prior to work execution.
1. Detailed study and analyzed civil engineering drawings and specifications relevant to clients requirements
and standards, and in reference to international civil standards.
2. Technical correspondence with the consultants, clients etc. and environment with project coordination, for
the expeditious execution of works.
3. Preparation, design and estimation of scaffolding work, including material inspection in relevant with
clients approval.
4. Conducting daily/weekly meetings with subordinates to discuss the progress of works, problem
involve in the work and finding the ways for appropriate solutions for the same.
5. Follow - up with sub-contractors about progress of work and to meet actual work schedule.
6. Strictly follow and align safety regulation (PPE) prior to work execution as per Clients standards.

1. In charge of the project survey and layout.
2. Supervised the excavation and backfilling work for installation of pipelines.
3. Check/design pipeline support necessary for installation.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly project status report.
5. Coordinate with my superior to present some recommendation upon project implementation.
6. Ensure the implementation of safety precaution (PPE) which is mandatory during construction.
