As a part of Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) and Handover phase, I worked as an L2 Engineer at Reliance National Head Quarters (NHQ), Mumbai. This comprised of executing Network Ready For Use (NRFU) tests which includes 70 Test cases. Key responsibilities included:
• Examining the connectivity requirements as stated in the IP/MPLS Low Level Design (LLD) Document.
• Led a team of 10 L1s, 2 L2s and 4 Area Managers across 4 cities.
• Identifying topology for test execution of S1/X2 interfaces, to perform service testing.
• Aligning the field resources as per the requirement.
• Ensuring Network Readiness with respect to the topology prior to the Planned Event Window.
• Executing and presenting the test cases to the Customer’s Quality Analysis Team.
• Troubleshooting Issues with convergence, Throughput and QoS(Quality of Service).
• Delivering the Network Ready For Use(NRFU) Document to the customer.
• Hands-on on ASR 900 series, ASR 9000 series, Nexus 7K and Nexus 3K

Management Skill Set:
1. As an Integration Support Engineer in RJIL, the key responsibility was to be a single point of contact between the Field engineers and Integration team. It includes resolving of physical connectivity and configuration related issues faced by engineers (A team of 15 engineers). Also troubleshooting of configuration related, reachability issue, etc.
2. Maintaining daily tracker of integrated, Re-integrated sites and daily sync up with reliance deployment manger as well as field team for next day’s activity plans.
3. Interactions with other vendors e.g. Samsung to resolve enodeB reachability issues.
4. Engagement with BU team to brief them about the customer’s network to troubleshoot convergence related issues.
5. Coordinating with the circle team to perform services testing and training the L1 Engineers to setup the tester and connectivity.
6. Executing the services testing activity with Customer’s Quality Analysis team and explaining them each and every test case scenario and expected outcomes .In case of any deviation from the expected results, provide a root cause analysis(RCA).
7. Contacting the Reliance planned event team and field support team to plan night activities. Also coordinating with the Reliance Services testing, TAC team, provisioning team etc during the activity.
