Job Role:
Responsible for Pre Contract and Post Contract Quantity Surveying works.
 Taking measurements .
 Preparing the bill of quantities.
 Making (IR) inspection requests for the submission.
 Arrange daily work reports.
 Attending meetings and liaising with stakeholders on commercial
matters.
 Preparing variation order sheets.
 Preparation of payment certificate.
 Preparation of cost plans.
 Check the daily working progress.
 Site visit take site measurements.

Job Role: Responsible for Pre Contract Quantity Surveying works.
Preparing Cost plans, take off Quantity, Bills of Quantities under various projects such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), HVAC system and Chill water systems Fire hydrants systems, Drainage systems, Road works, Structural and Architectural works in various country projects. I could acquire the vast knowledge about the various projects after Involving for the foreign projects at Middle East (ex- Qatar, Dubai, Saudi and Abu-Dhabi).Quantity Surveyor, responsible for all Pre Contract Quantity Surveying works.

Responsible for Post Contract Quantity Surveying works.
 Preparation interim payment certificates.
 Taking site measurements.
 Preparing the bill of quantities.
 Arrange daily work reports.
 Attend for the inspections and site visit with senior engineers.
 Evaluation of variations.
 Preparing variation order sheets .
 Preparation of payment certificate.
 Preparation of cost plans.
 Report to the sr. Quantity surveyor to prepare the cost reports.
 Check the daily working progress.  Preparation of engineer`s estimates.
