• Define and implement long and short term objectives; oversee and control all daily operations, policy implementation, advertising/promotions/marketing activities and strategic direction.
• Reorient the organization structure of employees including key management and support personnel for sales and marketing, finance and insurance, service, parts and body-shop departments; evaluate overall and individual performance, and devise/implement proactive management training processes.
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Set and administer budgets for marketing, initiate cost control to ensure profitability, and improve inventory turnover.
• Develop pricing strategy
• Establish departmental goals with management team, which are based on exceeding the expectations of customers
through continuously improving products and services.
• Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
• Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
• Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct
reports.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand.
• Engaging with customers through the use of social media.
• Maximizing follower’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus and Pinterest.
• Ensuring that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium.
• Continuous research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing.
• Working with the marketing team to look at ways social media can work within wider campaigns.
• Analyzing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
• Holding workshops for the wider marketing team to explain the importance of social media and how it can impact their
campaigns.
• Magazines, newspapers to collect market information and record.
• Media advertising, specialized in cars and vehicles, to analysis and gathering the information (Focus on social media,
targeting users directly).

• Vehicle order’s:
• Order required quantity of vehicle for the Saudi market.
• Review the specifications before importing.
• Study and analysis of the specifications appropriate for GCC (Colors - options, etc.)
