- Prepare Drawings as per Site requirements, like General Arrangement & Detail drawings for Pile-Pile
testing-Pile Cap layout with types & Coordinates, Slab for Raft-Ground-Superstructure levels and
Core walls
- Preparing Logistic Drawings like Tower Crane-Boom layout & Foundation details according to the
load of the Crane, Excavation Layouts & Sections, Passenger Hoist Layouts, Pouring Layout
- Prepare Drainage Detail Drawing and Coordinating MEP Layouts with Architectural & Structural
Layouts

Major Project handled in this tenure is MEYDAN ONE MALL in Dubai Cost $435-million contract with
Meydan Group LLC & AE7 Design Consultant

- Prepare Conceptual Design Drawings and graphic presentations as per the requirements of the end users in each stations & branches.
- Verifying As-built Drawings for the buildings, workshop and service stations.
- Prepare 3d Perspectives for internal Design approval by using 3dsmax and V Ray rendering.
- Verification of the drawings & quantities in the tender documents.
- Site Inspection and Rectification for whole sites owned by Emirates Transport.
- Developing new CAD Standards to the company.

- Prepare Conceptual Design Drawings, Design development drawings and assist the Design Engineers.
- Prepare Draft-Preliminary-Final Design Drawings for Dubai Municipality(DM) submissions, Shop Drawings & As-built Drawings including all kind of Architectural and Structural detailed drawings.
- Prepare 3d Perspectives by using 3dsmax and V Ray for Design approval.
- Giving proper consulting to DM Engineers through Design Managers.
- Adding new CAD Standards to the company.

- Prepare Draft-Preliminary-Final Design Drawings, Shop Drawings & As-built Drawings.
- Prepare Detailed Estimation according with Final Design Drawings.
- Prepare Detailed Technical Drawings such as Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
- Prepare Manufacturing, Fitout Drawings.
- Prepare 3D Visuals using Softwares such as 3ds Max, Revit Architecture.
- Provide own ideas in design of Plan, Elevations and 3D Visuals of interiors.
- Identify and analyze the client requirements and demands to provide them with necessary support.
- Prepare Graphical Presentations.
- Finish the works within the limits of Deadline.
- Giving proper Consulting to the Sales as well as Clients.

- Assisting the Design Engineers.
- Prepare Master Plan as per Requirement of the Client.
- Preparing Shop Drawings for Buildings, Road, underpass & Bridge Layout, Profiles, Section, Marking coordinates and pipelines details.
- Prepare Drawings with site plans, floor plan, elevation, sections, working drawing, details, presentations as per Requirement.
- Prepare Detailed Construction drawing for Structural Works.
- Prepared for Structural shop drawing bases, footing, columns, beams, slabs details.
- Prepare Detailed Site Plan, Plan & Elevation Drawings for Public Works Department approval.
- Prepare 3D Visuals using Softwares such as 3ds Max, Revit Architecture.
- Provide own ideas in design of Plan, Elevations and 3D Visuals of buildings.
- Dealing with the clients to provide them good support suggestions.

- Responsible for the preparation of all kinds of Drawings (Site Sketches, Contract drawings, Shop drawings, As Built drawings, etc.) related to Roads, Bridge, Services, etc.
- Prepare Road Cross-Sections and calculate Earthworks quantity from it.
- Preparation of Profiles for Road & Pipe line works and marking coordinates.
- Preparing concept and presentation drawings from rough sketches.
- Take quantities from approved drawings.
- Perform the extra works as instructed by Project Manager (Demo works etc…)
