Major Responsibility - Hard Core MEP & Projects
MEP Maintenance - Provide the MEP maintenance services to the university campus. Monitor their work, taking-care the technical break-down, complaint log book, MEP inventory. Doing weekly operation meetings with MEP senior staff, purchasing material for MEP, giving electricity consumption report to accounts deptt etc.
Client & Vendor/Sub-contractor Management - Managing the clients & contactors for any particular work or project. Making the new vendors for several disciplines and responsible for “Work Completion Report” and “Contracted Vendor Assessment Report” of Civil, MEP, Fire System, Security, Landscaping, Water etc.
Training & Campus Requirement - Responsible to provide routine technical & job training to the technicians. Invite quotations for the bidding of several requirements of the campus work & needs. Like Security services of campus, landscaping & gardening services, MEP services vendor, construction requirement needs, cleaning services etc.
Achievement - Due to Construction Company left the job of residential halls & food court building without proper hand over and taken over the campus by EDRAK I have played a key role and completed so many pending points to face the Civil Defense & FEWA Inspection.
June 2008 to Jan 2011 -
Worked with “Hindustan Times” in plant, which is IInd leading print media company in India. The prime brand are English daily “Hindustan Times”, Hindi Daily “Hindustan”, Business daily “Mint”, Radio FM “Fever 104” Job Website “shine.com” etc.
Job Responsibility in HT Media Ltd (Hindustan Times):
• Maintenance of DG set 2 Nos. 1 No. 1010 KVA & 320 KVA, LT Panel (1600 Amp & 1200 Amp), HT Panels & HT Transformer (1000 KVA, 11KV/415V & 630 KVA, 11KV/415 V), Emerson Make UPS System 3x30 KVA, 30 KVA, 3x20KVA, 2x6KVA. & GE Make 30KVA.
• Electrical maintenance of 2 nos. Technotrans, Reynold make 12 Ton chiller plant, CIP3, Quad-tech make auto registration & cut off device, Auto Ink pumping system Lincoln Make, Manu-color etc.
• Electrical Maintenance of Hiline Machine, Newsline-45 (PLC) Machine & Starline-30, Kasear, Atlas Copco & Elgi make Air Compressors etc.
• Taken-care the utility/facility management vendors. Maintain the maintenance schedule of entire plant to avoid the downtime. Maintain the power factor & diesel mileage of DG Sets.
• Heading the Weekly Operation Review & Daily Operation Review behalf of electrical deptt.
Job Responsibility was in Emerson:
• Higher KVA (20KVA to 250 KVA) UPS & DCPS after sales service with Commissioning and Installation.
• Monitor Emerson’s 04 Authorized Business Partner for UP East to provide uptime solution to UP East customer and trained their engineers and provide technical support in case of they are unable to trouble shoot.
• To perform “Quarterly Audit” to get maintain the Business partner Service, Up-date Installation Base, Spears Inventory, Engineers Tools & Service Sales Business performance.
• To achieve DPG business targets. Like - AMC, Batteries, ATS, Super Switch, TVSS, Monitoring Software, Buy-back etc.
• Responsible for all UP East IT and Industrial AMC & Warranty customers. Ex. TCS, NTPC, Hindalco, Hi- Tech Carbon, Hutch, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Times of India, Hindustan Times, Gail, Danik Jagran, Hindustan Lever Ltd, Bajaj Hindustan Ltd, DSCL, etc.
Having 3 years Diploma in electrical engineering also, completed in year 2002.
