• Preparing Cost Estimates of Feasibility, FEED & Implementation stage Project Proposals, SRs, MRs, change requests or additional scope.
• Review and verify FEED stage cost estimates submitted by Project Management Consultants.

• Preparing Request for Additional Fund (RAF) as & when required for additional scope / cost and coordinating with Corporate Planning for its approval.
• Coordinating with Finance Department for approval of AFE and obtaining job numbers for approved projects and consultancy studies.
• Handling data submission for Balance Score Card (BSc)/SMAIP/MAIP/TAIP.
• Inputting the TAIP data in MASAAR system.
• Targets setting, Monitoring CAPEX, and LOCAL CAPEX for Projects Department.
• Preparing correspondence for informing Finance Department and concerned section heads regarding approval of projects, funds and action required by them.
• Monitoring and controlling the cost of projects from approval stage until their completion.
• Analyzing the reasons for over-run / under-run on projects and suggesting possible remedial actions.
• Preparing cost reports periodically and as required for presentation to the management.
• Assisting in preparation / finalization of asset tables for the completed projects and ensuring closing of project job numbers on completion of projects.

• Budget Preparation for External Training and Business Trips and subsequently expenditure monitoring.

• Requesting the Finance Department to Capitalize the Project expenditure after project completion.
• Evaluates projects' change request to ascertain trends that may affect program. Recommends corrective action plan or changes to program scope, budget, schedule and risks.

• Preparation of Monthly Cost reports along with Project Forecasted Review Report.
• Develop and Maintain the Control Budget from the phased Final Cost Estimate, incorporating any changes made to the proposed estimate during the approval process.

• Prepared B.O.Q from drawings for Piping Fabrication & erection, piping Insulation, Piping Hydro testing. Collecting Progress of various activities from project site & verified it by physical checking for Piping Erection (CS, LTCS, SS & AS), Insulation (Piping & Equipment).
• Co-ordinate with Sub-contractors for progress monitoring, ensure works/service targets achieved professional, smoothly and trouble free.
• Prepared daily and weekly level IV schedule for different area/zones for each Foreman/Supervisor.
• Prepared manpower status and other resources required for execution of above-mentioned schedule.
