Maintain all the records of the projects.
Planning & execution of works as per design & drawings.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports on work progress & evaluating as per the planned schedules.
Maintaining quality standard for all structural works.
Preparation of bar bending schedule BOQS, sub contractor bills & etc.
Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality & safety.
Execute steel as per approved structured design.
Study of the related documents such as drawing, electrical drawings, plans, section, elevation.
Checking the quality of R.C.C. works such as foundation, column, beams, slab, stair & wall etc.
Coordinating the strength of grade as per the requirements.
Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
Explain the work & study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
Checking the quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days & 28 days test.
Checking the quality of steel & grade of concrete as per structural requirements diameter shape and cement.
Responsible for building drawing (plan, elevation section)and working drawing, general drawing, difficult drawing, column center line drawing.
Inspect & assess monitor health & safety on site.
Managing staff, financial reporting including annual monthly budget & expenditure plans.
Preparing work scheduled monitor, in the progress supervision of works preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress report.
Manpower handling & work scheduling.
Pre resolve any technical problem may be rise at the site.
To inspect the site & checking workers on duty & construction material & coordinating with senior engineer to complete the project with him schedule time.
