Plan, direct, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Logistics workers.
Streamline and monitor overall Warehousing and Logistics Functions, tracking supplies and finished products, ensure that all shipments are delivered on schedule, and keep the costs of operating a warehouse and fleet of delivery vehicles as low as possible.
Work together side by side with Retail Managers to ensure a complete 360 degree communication between retail and wholesale.
Communicate with Key Leaders of the Organization to set up New Operations and Operation Advancement.
Overseeing entire Shift Warehousing, Distribution and transportation Operation to include facility Maintenance.
Making sure all operations are fully equipped with the operational tool and equipments.
Managing entire workforce of 300 plus staff under one roof; making sure that everyone is trained and qualified to meet the challenges to meet companies requirements.
Ensured 100% satisfaction and in time delivery of material (1200 orders dispatched a day) to the customers located in Gulf, Afghanistan and USA.
Established group of carrier vehicles; a total of 70 Flatbeds a day roll up; to be available on site and provide vehicle and Drivers management to suit the customers need.
Seven 7 years of working experience of Operation and Management level. Responsible for following;
•Distribution and Transportation Operation (Air, Sea, Ground)
•Theater Consolidation and Shipping operation
•General Cargo and Hazardous Material handling
•Container handling and Cross Dock Operation
•Handling and Managing Contractors Supplies.
•SOW and Proposals writing support.
•Technical Data collection and Forecasting
•Presentations and KPI Reports
•Responsible for over all warehousing Activities to include Organizing all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
•Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such as SOPs.
•Manage stock control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
•Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse’ over-all operations.
•Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
•Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
•Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
•Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report.
Plan, organize and execute product presentation to physicians, Surgeons and pharmacists regarding the therapeutic use of the product, mode of action, features and benefits.
•Plan each call through the proper identification of appropriate product or products to promote, which sales tools to use and the right schedule to execute the call;
•Calling on pharmacies to create awareness and educate clients on products and sell to target accounts.
•Observe, record and report competitor activities executed in the territory and identify appropriate counter strategy.
•Constantly endeavor to improve product knowledge, disease knowledge and selling skills at company Standards in order to deliver appropriate information to physicians ffectively and professionally.
