Working closely with engineers, technicians and site personnel to ensure
projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Reading and analysis of electrical specifications, technical drawings and Bill
of Quantities.
• Preparation of procedures/method statements for installation, testing &
commissioning of electrical systems.
• Liaising with client, consultant and authorities for necessary approvals and
permits.
• Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost.
• Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers
and clients.
• Monitor the daily progress of site activities and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with several departments like Contracts, Finance, Planning,
Purchase and Stores during different phases of project.
• Lead preventive/breakdown maintenance activities.
