• Responsible for Design Review; Planning; Delivery; Installation; Testing & Commissioning of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Project- Open Road Toll System, Sheikh Zayed Road Jebel Ali.

• Responsible for systems section day to day running of maintenance work carried out by the systems team covering; Communication Systems - Radio, CCTV (Security and operational), Public Address (PA), Passenger Information Display (PID), Access Card Management (ACM), SCADA, Telephone (PABX), clock and Signaling systems- Automatic Train Operation ATO, Automatic Train Protection/ Train Detect (ATP/TD), Automatic Train supervision (ATS), Electronic Interlocking (EI), Track Switches and wayside Equipment (Signal Lights).
• Managed a team to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work as well as fault attendance, diagnosis test, troubleshooting, upgrading and improvements works in signaling systems and communication systems.
• Managed compliance with key Communication systems and signaling systems maintenance standards
• Managed compliance with Railways operating procedures, Permit to work (PTW), Track Occupation Authorization (TAO) Procedures, Work safety procedures, Depot Operating Procedures and power Isolation/Re-energization procedures.

• Responsible for Preventive & Corrective maintenance of communication systems Server & SCADA, MSN (Multi Service Network), Narrow Band Radio (NBR), SDH/PDH & Broad Band Radio (BBR), Telephone- PABX, CCTV Systems, PIS-PAS Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems and Time Distribution Systems (TDS) located in Operation Control Centre (OCC), Backup Control Centre (BOCC), Depot, Trains, Stations and Track side.
• Performed Maintenance of On Board Communications equipments - IP Camera, LCD`s, CCTV Server, Video Broadcast Server, On Board Control Unit (OBCU), Integrated Calling Console (ICC), PIDS`s, Emergency Call Box (ECB), Train Radio Control.
• Performed Configuration and Software update of all communication systems and Security systems
• Provided Support to Operations Department in all communication related faults during revenue service and Engineering Hours in OCC, Trains, Depots and Stations.
• Liaised with OCC staff and Engineering Controller for Co-ordination during testing and troubleshooting of communication systems Faults.
• Carried out day to day CM and PM of Communication Equipments (1M, 3M, 6M and Yearly) in the Depot, Station Master Office, Station Equipment Room, Wayside Tracks, and Trains as per Maintenance Management System (MMS) Plan.
• Performed Switchover Test OCC-BOCC for all communication Systems.

• Responsible for Maintenance of Digital Loop Carrier System on STM ¼ SDH Rings at MTNL, Mumbai.
• Performed maintenance of Network Management Systems (NMS), SDH equipments and associated optical fiber network.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of Digital Loop Carrier System.
• Creation of new NAP for PSTN, ISDN Lines and Providing E1 links for PRI circuit.
• Creation of Daily report for critical, major, minor alarms for Higher Management.
