Job Profile
• Implement objectives and plans for assigned brands consistent with strategies to meet financial, volume and growth goals.
• Responsible for more than 1, 200 active SKUs across the Gulf Region - KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran and Kenya.
• Monitor and analyze business performance by brand sales, sell-out, gross margin and turnover and translates insights into key selling points, or category opportunities
• Manage and tracks brand sales planning and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with Sales operations to understand consumer trends, sales figures, etc. to further formulate the business plan for the brand/category
• Lead and oversees the buying requirements and formulates buying plan and budget for the brand and ensures proper monitoring of orders based on the buying plan and follow-ups on merchandise delivery as per the plan
• Manage the relationship and liaise with principals/supplies on matters relating to price negotiations, product launches, marketing campaigns, forthcoming offerings and events
• Preparation & moderation of marketing collateral to ensure accuracy in the presentation of the STAEDTLER and MAPED brand on all print, POS material and digital channels.
• For Atlas school bags travel to different trade fairs to Identify, evaluate and select appropriate vendor mix to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate the best deals with them for procuring merchandise.
ATN Media is a publishing house which publishes various directories. Working as an account executive, my role involves contacting different companies, meeting up with the decision maker and to increase the company's customer database by selling advertisement space in the directories.
Handling inbound customer calls. Tracking the shipments, arranging for package collection or delivery, solving customer queries and handling customer complaints. Attending on the counter customers aswell.
