• Independently handled a AIM, London listed client for all engagements ranging from buy side advisory and due diligence, fund raising mandates and business plan development for their entry in the renewable energy space; revenues $0.5 million.
• Successfully raised project financing of $270 million for two wind projects from various financial institutions.

which required immediate attention.
