Responsibilities/ Job Description
• Leading a team of erection and fabrication, 60 workers and 10 staff and tendering team.
• Supervising all site activities, monorting schedules, quality of work.
• Management and ordering material, equipments and manpower as per sites requirements.
• Management of objectives, budget forecast and plan resources.
• Preparation of project documents Lifitng Plans, Method statement, MIR, IR, s, RFI, Lifting Study etc.
• Arranging necessary trainings for manpower and staff as per project requirements.
• Monitoring gate passes, safety induction and Oil & Gas requirement for execution of projects.
• Review project schedule and fabrication schedule about construction sequence, milestones and engineering scope.
• Cooridnate with project procurement manager, quality manager and other management team for ensuring project within budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Responsible to ensure that field technicians and subcontractor follow the defined safety guidelines.
• Supervision of fabrication works in workshop.
• Checking of tender documents, estimates prepared by qs, review and submission.
• Review of quotations received by sub contractors as per project specifications.
• Prepration of preliminary/detailed estimation, budget estimation, detailed estimation for different projects related to steel structure, civil works & miscellanous works.
• Coordinate and review inputs from various engineering disciplines, functional departments and subcontractor contributing to engineering portion of project.
• Material submittals for all type of materials.Follow up with consultant and different departments for approval.
• Shop drawings checking, submission and coordination.

Responsibilities/Accomplishments Pre Bid:
• Prepration of preliminary estimation, budget estimation, detailed estimation for different projects related to steel structure, civil works & miscellanous works.
• Studying of instruction to tenderds (ITT) and reviewing of tender documents.
• Studying of project specifications, drawings and prepration of detailed BOQ.
• Prepration of erection/Installation estimates for all structural steel structure works.
• Obtaining subcontract and materials prices, analyse prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
• Dealing with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Define more cost efficient alternatives to proposed scope of project.
• Visiting sites and attending pre bid meetings.
• Preparing technical and commercial bids.
• Preparing detail records of estimate provided a break up which include the material cost, manpower cost, indirect cost and materials required for project.
• Representing and explaining the cost estimates to managers.

• Performing assessment of work programs, construction methodologies, , Rate analysis and getting material prices from procurement departments and suplliers, additional cost and other submittals from contractors
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirement with respect to project execution plans, organization charts, job specific technical write ups, bank guarantees, commercial and technical qualifications and prepare responses to the client bid queries
• Preparation of BOQ / MTO if required pursuant to the given scope, specification and drawings
• Preparing enquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, subcontract works, specific to project needs, for estimation, if required
• Preparing estimated budget for the project - calculating - (Labor cost, Material cost, subcontractor cost & other costs
