Control and implementation of EPC Contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling and progress control methodology, to monitor EPC contractors’ execution schedule on site, to check and approve EPC Contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports.
Reviewing contractor master EPC baseline schedule in line with Client requirement.
Coordinate with the Project Control team, and specifically with the GMP Planning & Reporting Lead, from whom he shall comply with rules and requirements.
Define and update as necessary, in liaison with the MP/PM Planning & Reporting Lead, suitable Weekly and Monthly report structure complying with Project needs and to develop and issue accordingly detailed and accurate GMP weekly and Monthly Reports (and any other report as requested).

Support to Manager’s to develop works break down for baseline schedule.
Attending weekly, monthly progress meeting in order to line to match projects milestones.
Road Work, Earth Work, Equipment's Foundations, Fencing Work, Concrete Paving, Concrete Demolition, Structure Work, Grouting Work
• Preparation of monthly valuation, submission to client, and agree the interim valuation with cost consultant.
• Attend WOP opening meetings, clarification meeting to finalized the requested
• Submission of VOWD (Volume of Work Done)
• Level -4 Schedule preparation & monitoring according to approved WOP.
• Preparing the measurement sheet for monthly Interim Payment Application (IPA) to submit consultant.
• Making variation order as per contract
• Solving the ongoing issue as per management direction.
• Preparation baseline schedule and monitoring at Level 4 according to agreed progress measurement sheet.
• Preparation of Weekly report monthly report as per project requirement.
• Preparation and monitoring of 3month look ahead schedule at level 4 details.
• Preparation of main activity KPI sheet as per requirement.
• Review the of for monthly Interim Payment application and finalizing with Consultant.
• Attend weekly and monthly progress meeting with consultant.
• Submission of VOWD (Volume of Work Done)
• Level -4 Schedule preparation & monitoring according to approved WOP.
• Preparing the measurement sheet for monthly Interim Payment Application (IPA) to submit consultant.
• Making variation order as per contract
• Solving the ongoing issue as per management direction.

9. Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
10. Preparation of Weekly report, Monthly report and updated Master baseline schedule as per the PMS.

12. Preparation of detail level -4 and KPI schedule for site construction team.
13. Conduct regular project meetings with (consultants, Sub-contractors) for project tracking and progress review.
