Trouble shooting, Fault finding, motor protection relay configuration Preventive and Routine maintenance of Transformers, Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, Actuators, Electro pneumatic valve, pneumatic valve, MOV’s, Sensors understanding PLC program and Logic diagram, DCS, Power and Control circuit. Cable laying and Termination, jointing. Installation of HV/LV Switch Gear, MCC’s, Transformers, Generators, Emergency Power and Control systems, UPS System, Battery Chargers, DC system, Issuing and Receiving of Safety Documents (PTW, LAP) Maintenance Schedule.

I am working in DEWA as an

2006, and performing all responsibilities for maintenance, repairs and operation of the following electrical equipments and auxiliaries connected with dry process cement plant consisting of multifuel Rotary Kilns of 7000 TPD and 4200 TPD capacity, Vertical Raw Mill of 600 TPH capacity etc, with respectively running 2100kw, 7000Kw, Induction motors. Many types of ball Mills with MV synchronous and induction motor.
I worked faults rectification with the help of different type of Interpret drawing, schematics and electrical code specification as following equipments.
I am performing duty with my new ideas for the new erection, replacing and repairing job is continuing in plant. Cables lay out, switch gear, motor changing and replacing.
Conducting to Preventive shutdown maintenance, 33kv/6.6kv substation, TCB, ACB and VCB, 40 MVA transformer, distribution transformer, grounding transformer, reactor etc.
Knowledge of operation and maintenance MV slipring Induction motors up to 7000kw with LRS (WEG, BRAZIL), 4000kw oil immersed resistance, MV synchronous motors 2700kw (FUJI, JAPAN)with control of exciting DC voltage,
Responsibilities are the Operation and Maintenance of Pumping Station as well as motors, pumps, Hydraulic couplings UPS, HV/LV Switch Gear, Frequency Drive, PLC, DCS System and Electrification.
Installation and testing of Motors, Circuit Breakers, CT’s, PT’s and different kind of control Panels.
I also knowledge of operation of different type of valve, hydraulic system and pumps.
Trouble shooting of all kinds of electrical faults in the running plants to the MCC (motor control central), soft starter and vfd control motors Maintaining and distribution to the government power with G.T power by the Synchronous method.
