KISCO Division:
• Dealing with Totally Sabic, Aramco Maaden, and Major EPC Companies. Here my work duty is to get business about Chemical Cleaning & Decontamination for Vessels, Boilers, Heat Ex changers, Lube oil coolers, VDU, CDU.
• Hydro jetting / High pressure cleaning services.
• Complete Electrical and Mechanical constructions, including instrumentation and automation.
• Long term maintenance contracts.
Achievements in Industrial Services Division.
1. Win BPA’s (Blanket Purchase Agreement) for Sabic Affiliates, Aramco, Maaden, EPC companies.
2. EPC Company: Pigging Project Get from CTCI (Sabic Project: Ibn- Sina, smac PMC PMMA plant, Jubail)
3. Aramco Abqaiq (AinDar) GOSP 2 (Dry chemical cleaning of PHE and Shut down Plant).
4. Maaden Maintainace of heat exchangers Bundle puller, tower etc.
5. Sabic: Saudi Kyan heat exchangers Maintainace task.
Val tech Division:
• Dealing with EPC Companies and Sabic Affiliates working in Marketing & promotion of Ball Valves, butterfly Valves Other Kind of Valves, and Fittings, also Oil & Gas Related pipes Flanges trading.
• Sales of Oil & Gas industrial Products (Valves, fittings, Piping, Tubing, Sheets etc.
Handling the sales & Marketing of Valves Manufacturing in Valtech.
Achievements
Two million sales target achieved.
Sabic: Shreq Gate and Globe Valves Maintainace services turn around task.
• Work via EPC companies mainly Approved with Aramco, Refineries, and Water Plants etc.
• Work in Gas Turbine System, selling and trading the spear parts & equipment’s mostly Energy items Peripherals trading parts of power plant and general trading of civil structure.
• Work with Pipes structure Companies, supply the structure material Vales Fittings and Flanges. (SS, CS, ERW, Welded Steel, Seamless, Forged Fitting Items).

Responsibilities:
• Work for EPC /ERP contracting companies mainly Pipe structural industries (civil, mechanical field) S.S, Carbon Steel, Welded Steel Seamless, Forged fittings etc. normal material and also deal in exotic material.
• Sales of Oil & Gas industrial Products (Valves, fittings, Flanges, Piping, Tubing
• Sales and deals in Steel Structuring Re-Bars, Angles, Plates etc.
• Communicate with client on supply and logistics aspect, also Communicate with suppliers and customers on activities associated with product.
• Keeping an Extensive Market research for competitors, their services, equipment and quotations.

• To make the reports for management which shows the complete Picture of market flow, cash flow, price listing, comparison of Profit and loss in every month for Distributor, Sales comparison on Division basis, Comparison of Account Receivables.
• To make analysis of manpower status on monthly and yearly basis and find out the manpower requirement for Distributor and to capture market.
• Close interaction with Customer in order to make long term Customer relationship
• Handle the Distributor Work.
• Analysis of Consumer & Product Behavior.
• Arranging all the Sales promotion related Activities.
• Arranging all the logistic & shipping management.
Responsibilities:
• Providing the complete detail to customer in order to Finance them the Cars
• To make the Complete Analysis of Revenue Flows of customer in order to prepare his Car Finance Agreement.
• Prepare all the required documentation required in a Leasing Agreement
• To make the follow up in order to get the Purchase Order for eligible customers.
• Maintain the complete Lease Schedule in order to make follow up for future recoveries.
• Coordination with Finance people in order to calculate Sales Commissions, Cash Recoveries, Inventory related issues
• Informing the Active customers about new sales, marketing & service related promotions.
• Responsible to arrange all sales and marketing promotional and advertising activities.
• To make the weekly and monthly reports for management analysis.
