Procurement: -
Under broad direction, leads a group of Procurement professionals and plans sourcing to support field operations.
Obtain required products/services in a timely, cost-effective manner to support operations and eliminate operation downtime.
Develops strategies to improve supplier performance for spend not under regional or global Category Management .
Coordinate work with internal customer departments to resolve all issue relevant to the supplier or products/services requirements.
Preparing and analysing Bids document and quotations according to the company procedure
Responsible for approving the selection and qualification of suppliers, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management.
Complies with and executes Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures.
Logistic: -
Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including
hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/custom.
Implementing logistics procedures in line with organizational requirements.
Ensure all licenses related to radio communication equipment’s, and vehicles registrations cards are renewed on timely manner.
Supervising & maintaining data entry, filing and keeping up to date all inbound and outbound
shipments custom documents and records including the fixed assets shipments cleared by duty.
Conducting physical inventories of assets and assist in their transportations to Mukalah Junk Yard
Planning the quickest and least costly transport routes.
Ensuring that all contractual obligations are fully understood by the logistics team. .
Follow up with the operations to renew client contracts through our clients, obtain the required
approvals and registrations process at Customs Dept.
Make sure that all new involved employees briefed on Schlumberger Trade Compliance Policy and applicable regulations.
Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity.
Contract management: -
Monitoring the contractor’s progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract requirements.
Monitoring contractor activity on a specified frequency to identify problem areas.
Meeting with the contractor on a regular basis to review progress, discuss problems and consider
necessary changes.
Maintaining appropriate records.
Resolving disputes in a timely manner.
Insuring the all the contracts with suppliers/contractor are issued as per company policies and standard.
Execute daily customer contract requirements and identify accessorial activity.
Interact with customer groups, as necessary, and provide first line of escalation for customer service issues.
Ensure necessary documentation is completed and filed according with company and customer guidelines.
Provide professional, safe, fair and secure work environment and direct daily activities.
Lead support staff to increase productivity via improved work processes and associate development.
Administer associate recognition programs as outlined in company/account/site guidelines.
Ensure shift/daily/weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines are accomplished.
Manage and assist support staff in fulfilling daily business requirements and participate in collection of data
