Working as IT Support Engineer for WSP and assisting End user by remote location user on DAMEWARE remote Tools. I am taking care of all running IT peripherals such as Printer, Network devices etc. Support installation, configuration & support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms. Build & assign PCs & Laptop to new joiners in the company with mandatory & requesting engineering software.
