ENGINEERING PROJECTS:
1. Name of the Project: RAHIMA SERWER PLANT
Project Profile: An expansion project with an aim to increase the capacity for the existing Phase/Unit
Description: An EPC LSTK Contract for fabrication, Erection, Testing, Installation and
Commissioning.
petrochemical, oil & gas and refinery plant projects who have been
known as leading contractor in Saudi Arabia contributing to their economy
through various projects and plants all over the region.
2. Name of the Project: King
One of reputed organization in Andhra Pradesh in the field of Inspection &
Services serving since 30 years in various projects Power Plants, Oil & gas,
Petrochemical & Automobile all over the country
National Thermal Plant Power Corporation, Karimnagar, A.P, India
A Central government Company.
Projects Profile: in their Various Contracts for Non Destructive Examinations, at the stage of
construction, Operation & Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
Well familiar with, ASME and NDT Techniques and Procedures.
Inspection of welded joints using NDT techniques like UT, PT, MPT as per the client’s requirement.
Scheduling for testing of various NDT Techniques, Qualification of welders & procedures.
Inspection of U/G and A/G piping of steel structures.
Application/Scheduling of techniques depends upon the approved company procedures by the owner (ITP,
CMS).
Ensure all the methods are done with perfection and accepted according to Acceptance Criteria (ASME
Section V Div. I Appendix-XII).
To monitor Inspection of Equipments (static/rotating) using PT, Inspection of pipelines with different fluids
like water, air, gas, crude, oil, etc... Using Ultrasonic testing.

To monitor the inspection of fuel pipeline from Aviation plant to the aero fill station using UT, PT.
Application of PT Method on Boilers, Heat Exchangers (dish ends), and Storage Tanks to expose the surface
discontinuities. (Also UT If required).
Interpretation of defects and evaluation, if Indication in order to determine their size & location.
To develop and maintain positive relationships with the consulting departments (Interaction).
Monitoring and controlling the discrepancies during the activities.
To show high regards for employees and company property and ensure ability to fully complying safety
norms
