Putting up previous papers and other references relating to the case under consideration.
Opening of files and keeping a record of movement of files.
Keeping a note of all important orders and decisions.
Recording, indexing and weeding of files.
Watching the necessity of keeping priority or security labels on files.
Bringing to the notice of the Admin Officer the first opportunity that occurs of removing these labels.
Other duties, including casual typing, maintenance of diary register, preparation of statements and putting up of routine reminders.
Looking after procurement process of goods and services and providing support in logistics operations.
Preparing and maintaining HR files and record.
Providing support in putting annual/quarter work plans and annual/quarter budgets.
