The contract involves the construction of Phase 1 of the North Gate
Mall and Office Buildings in Doha, Qatar.Phase 1 comprises a total
built-up area of around 375, 000 square metres, with a podium
comprising two levels of carpark, a three-level mall and six, five-level
office buildings.The project represents the first phase of the North
Gate mixed-use development in a growing neighbourhood on one of
Doha’s strategically important arterial roadways, Al Shamal Road
(North Road), north of Doha’s West Bay central business district.
