• Project manager for the feasibility study and basic design of new Tehran Metro lines (including lines 8, 9, 10, and 11, with a total length of 160 kilometers and 130 stations, and the extension of lines 2, 3, 4, and 7, with a total length of 30 kilometers and 20 stations)-2020-2023
By the year 2019, the city of Tehran had seven operational metro lines. Based on the approval of the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it was decided to study the extension of lines 2, 3, 4, and 7, as well as the construction of new lines 8, 9, 10, and 11. Initially, these expansions were to be assessed through feasibility studies, and if the justification for the lines was confirmed, the basic design studies would then be conducted.
The scope of studies for this project included: Traffic and transportation, Technical and economic feasibility, Urban planning, Passive defense, Environmental studies, Cultural heritage, Surveying and geotechnical studies, as well as underground facilities identification, Plan and longitudinal profile, Superstructure, Tunnel construction methodology, Station construction methodology, Structural and architectural studies of stations, Structural studies of tunnels and bridges, Electrical studies, Signaling studies, Telecommunications studies, Depot and parking studies.

• Technical and Engineering Manager for the construction of Tehran Metro Line 9 with a length of 50 kilometers-2024
Since Tehran Metro Line 9 is being executed using the EPC method by the Poly Changda-Sabir International consortium, I, as the Technical and Engineering Manager on the client side, am responsible for all engineering services. These services include reviewing and controlling detailed study services, engineering services during construction, technical inspections, and more.
• Technical and Engineering Manager for the construction of Tehran Metro Line 11 with a length of 32 kilometers-2024
Since Tehran Metro Line 11 is being executed using the EPC method by the Poly Changda-Chilco consortium, I, as the Technical and Engineering Manager on the client side, am responsible for all engineering services. These services include reviewing and controlling detailed study services, engineering services during construction, technical inspections, and more.

• Project Manager for the basic design and detailed design of the G3 station in Tehran Metro from 2020 to 2023.- a unique design in the Middle East,
In 2012, during the construction of Tehran Metro Line 3, Tehran Metro Company did not take any special measures in the execution of the G3 station. By 202۰, this line was operating with a 3-minute headway, and Tehran Metro planned to construct this station, which also served as a transfer point with Line 2, without stopping the movement of trains. I was the project manager in client side for the basic design and detailed design studies, and the tender for selecting the contractor for the station's construction has now been completed. This project included surveying and geotechnical studies, station construction methodology, structural design, architecture, and the station’s electrical and mechanical systems.

• Project Manager for the design study of regulations for the buffer zones of all Tehran Metro lines.
The concept of this project was to establish guidelines for how buildings around metro tunnels and stations should be constructed, ensuring that the buildings do not damage the metro, and the metro does not harm the buildings. The key areas of study in this project included surveying and geotechnical studies, structural design, construction methods, and seismic and vibration analysis.

• Project manager for detailed studies of the tunnel and side structures of Esfahan metro line 2: This project has been defined between N2 station and V2 station, spanning 8.5 km with 9 stations. In this project, tunnel excavation was mechanized with two TBMs, each with an inner diameter of 6 meters. Detailed plans, file designs, and settlement studies of nearby structures due to the TBM movement were carried out me. Other reports, including
• Project manager for detailed studies of the tunnel and side structures of Esfahan metro line 2: This project has been defined between stations N2 and H2, covering a distance of 6 km with 7 stations. In this project, tunnel excavation was mechanized with a TBM with an internal diameter of 9 meters. Detailed plans, profile design, and settlement studies of nearby structures due to the TBM movement were undertaken me. Other reports, including segment design reports, maps, and TBM work chest pressure calculations, were completed by the group under my supervision.

• Project manager for detailed studies of the tunnel and side structures of Esfahan metro line 3: This project has been defined between stations A3 and J3, spanning 10 km with 10 stations. In this project, tunnel excavation was mechanized with two TBMs, each with an internal diameter of 9 meters. Due to TBM movement, I conducted a detailed plan, profile, and settlement studies of adjacent structures. Other reports, including segment design reports, maps, and chest pressure calculations for TBM work, were completed by the expert group under my supervision.

• Project Manager for Risk Analysis Studies of Buildings Adjacent for Line 3 of Mashhad Metro Due to TBM Passage
In 2017, Mashhad Urban Railway Corporation signed a direct contract with me for the project titled "Risk Analysis of Buildings Adjacent to Line 3 of Mashhad Metro Due to TBM Passage."The reports produced in this project are as follows:
-Report on the assessment of the effects of TBM passage near bridges and high-rise structures adjacent to Line 3 of Mashhad Metro
-Risk analysis report of buildings adjacent to Line 3 of Mashhad Metro
-Subsidence evaluation report and the impact of tunneling operations on surface structures of the tunnel
-Design report for the instrumentation system and tunnel behavior monitoring in mechanized tunneling.

• Project Coordinator for Managing Consultant of Line 2 of Shiraz Metro in the Metra-Behan Sad Joint Venture (2008-2011):In this project, I served as the coordinator for the Managing Consultant of the studies for Line 2 of the Shiraz Metro. All reports and documents were reviewed and approved by the team working under my supervision.The consultants for Line 2 of the Shiraz Metro included Pasilo, Amoot Sepehr, and Team Engineering. The studies conducted by the consultants were divided into two phases: Basic design studies.

• Project Manager for detail design Studies of Shiraz Metro Line 2, Including Tunnel and Station Studies(2014-2017):In this project, I served as the project manager for the Phase Two studies of the tunnel and stations for Shiraz Metro Line 2, as part of the engineering services provided to the EPC contractor for Line 2 of the Shiraz Metro.

• Joint Venture Manager of Metra-Systra-Pajoohesh Companies and Project Manager for Basic and Detailed Design Studies of Esfahan Metro Line 2 (2011-2018):Esfahan Metro Line 2, spanning 23 kilometers with 22 stations, was initiated by the Ministry of Interior of Iran in 2006. Following a tender held by the Esfahan Urban Railway Organization, the joint venture of Metra, Pajoohesh, and Systra was selected as the consultant for the Basic and detailed design studies of Esfahan Metro Line 2. I served as the project manager and the joint venture manager for this project.
The Basic design studies included traffic analysis, urban planning, plans and profiles, geotechnical investigations, surveying, structural and architectural design, as well as electrical and mechanical designs for the stations, tunnel structure, and also electrical, signaling, and telecommunications studies.

Following a tender held by the Ahvaz Urban Railway Organization, the joint venture of Metra, Pajoohesh, and Systra was selected as the consultant for the Basic and detailed design studies of Ahvaz Metro Line 2. I served as the project manager and the joint venture manager for this project.

• Joint Venture Manager of Metra-Team Engineering-Pajoohesh Companies and Project Manager for Preliminary and Detailed Design Studies of Shiraz Metro Line 3 (2014-2018):Shiraz Metro Line 3, spanning 11 kilometers with 8 stations, was initiated by the Ministry of Interior of Iran in 2009. Following a tender held by the Shiraz Urban Railway Organization, the joint venture of Metra, Pajoohesh, and Team Engineering was selected as the consultant for the Basic and detailed design studies of Esfahan Metro Line 2. I served as the project manager and the joint venture manager for this project.
The Basic design studies included traffic analysis, urban planning, plans and profiles, geotechnical investigations, surveying, structural and architectural design, as well as electrical and mechanical designs for the stations, tunnel structure, and also electrical, signaling, and telecommunications studies.

• Project Manager for the Superstructure Studies of the Chabahar to Fahraj Railway (1, 100 km) from 2005 to 2008:In this project, I served as the project manager for the studies of the Chabahar to Fahraj railway, covering a length of 1, 100 kilometers. The studies involved the basic and detailed design of the superstructure, electrical systems, signaling, telecommunications, and other related components.

• Project Manager for the Preliminary Design Studies of Mashhad Urban Railway Lines2&3and 4 (2005-2008):In this project, I served as the project manager for the basic design studies of Mashhad Urban Railway Lines 2, 3, and 4, with a total length of 65 kilometers. The scope of the studies included track alignment and longitudinal profile, substructure and superstructure studies, depot and parking facilities, as well as metro system and rolling stock studies.

• Project Manager for Tehran Metro Express Line 2, between Shahriar town in the west of Tehran to Pardis town in the east of tehran (80 km);(2007-2008)
In this project, I served as the project manager for the basic design studies of Tehran Metro Express Line 2, which spans 80 kilometers from Shahriar town in the west of Tehran, to Pardis in the east of Tehran. The design of this line was similar to RER system in the Paris.
The key studies conducted in this project included substructure and superstructure, tunnel design, station design, metro system studies, and rolling stock

• Supervisor for the construction of the substructure and superstructure of two sections (40 kilometers) of the Tehran-Mashhad railway, which spans 1000 kilometers, and recipient of a commendation plaque from the Deputy Minister of Roads and Transportation of Iran (2001-2003):In this project, I supervised the substructure (earthworks, drainage systems, and a two-span 20-meter bridge) and the superstructure of two sections of the Tehran-Mashhad railway. The first section was between Abrisham Station and Jajarm Station, and the second from Jajarm Station to Azadvar. I received a commendation for using computer software to prepare periodic progress reports and for improving the geometric design of the railway substructure.

• Project Manager for the Studies of Industrial Railway Lines in Iran, including(2003-2006)
o Basic and detailed design studies for connecting the Iranian national railway to Shahid Rajaee Port in southern Iran and designing the internal railway lines of the port.
o Basic and detailed design studies for connecting the Iranian national railway to Anzali Port in northern Iran and designing the internal railway lines of the port.
o Basic and detailed design studies for connecting the Shiraz Petrochemical Complex to the Iranian national railway and designing the internal railway lines of the complex.
o Basic and detailed design studies for connecting the Kermanshah Petrochemical Complex to the Iranian national railway and designing the internal railway lines of the complex.
o Basic and detailed design studies for connecting Safa Rolling and Pipe Mills to the Iranian national railway and designing the internal railway lines of the factory
The purpose of these studies was to connect Iran's national railway to industrial factories and ports. In addition to my role as the project manager, I also conducted the substructure and superstructure studies. The studies carried out in these projects included substructure and superstructure analysis, railway operations studies, fleet studies, and the design of internal railway lines for ports and industrial factories.
