By the year 2019, the city of Tehran had seven operational metro lines. Based on the approval of the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it was decided to study the extension of lines 2, 3, 4, and 7, as well as the construction of new lines 8, 9, 10, and 11. Initially, these expansions were to be assessed through feasibility studies, and if the justification for the lines was confirmed, the basic design studies would then be conducted.
The scope of studies for this project included: Traffic and transportation, Technical and economic feasibility, Urban planning, Passive defense, Environmental studies, Cultural heritage, Surveying and geotechnical studies, as well as underground facilities identification, Plan and longitudinal profile, Superstructure, Tunnel construction methodology, Station construction methodology, Structural and architectural studies of stations, Structural studies of tunnels and bridges, Electrical studies, Signaling studies, Telecommunications studies, Depot and parking studies.

• Technical and Engineering Manager for the construction of Tehran Metro Line 9 with a length of 50 kilometers-2024
Since Tehran Metro Line 9 is being executed using the EPC method by the Poly Changda-Sabir International consortium, I, as the Technical and Engineering Manager on the client side, am responsible for all engineering services. These services include reviewing and controlling detailed study services, engineering services during construction, technical inspections, and more.
• Technical and Engineering Manager for the construction of Tehran Metro Line 11 with a length of 32 kilometers-2024
Since Tehran Metro Line 11 is being executed using the EPC method by the Poly Changda-Chilco consortium, I, as the Technical and Engineering Manager on the client side, am responsible for all engineering services. These services include reviewing and controlling detailed study services, engineering services during construction, technical inspections, and more.

• Project Manager for the basic design and detailed design of the G3 station in Tehran Metro from 2020 to 2023.- a unique design in the Middle East,
In 2012, during the construction of Tehran Metro Line 3, Tehran Metro Company did not take any special measures in the execution of the G3 station. By 202۰, this line was operating with a 3-minute headway, and Tehran Metro planned to construct this station, which also served as a transfer point with Line 2, without stopping the movement of trains. I was the project manager in client side for the basic design and detailed design studies, and the tender for selecting the contractor for the station's construction has now been completed. This project included surveying and geotechnical studies, station construction methodology, structural design, architecture, and the station’s electrical and mechanical systems.

• Project Manager for the design study of regulations for the buffer zones of all Tehran Metro lines.
The concept of this project was to establish guidelines for how buildings around metro tunnels and stations should be constructed, ensuring that the buildings do not damage the metro, and the metro does not harm the buildings. The key areas of study in this project included surveying and geotechnical studies, structural design, construction methods, and seismic and vibration analysis.

In this project, tunnel excavation was mechanized with two TBMs, each with an internal diameter of 9 meters. Due to TBM movement, I conducted a detailed plan, profile, and settlement studies of adjacent structures. Other reports, including segment design reports, maps, and chest pressure calculations for TBM work, were completed by the expert group under my supervision.

• Joint Venture Manager of Metra-Systra-Pajoohesh Companies and Project Manager for Basic and Detailed Design Studies of Esfahan Metro Line 2 (2011-2018):Esfahan Metro Line 2, spanning 23 kilometers with 22 stations, was initiated by the Ministry of Interior of Iran in 2006. Following a tender held by the Esfahan Urban Railway Organization, the joint venture of Metra, Pajoohesh, and Systra was selected as the consultant for the Basic and detailed design studies of Esfahan Metro Line 2. I served as the project manager and the joint venture manager for this project.
The Basic design studies included traffic analysis, urban planning, plans and profiles, geotechnical investigations, surveying, structural and architectural design, as well as electrical and mechanical designs for the stations, tunnel structure, and also electrical, signaling, and telecommunications studies.

• Supervisor for the construction of the substructure and superstructure of two sections (40 kilometers) of the Tehran-Mashhad railway, which spans 1000 kilometers, and recipient of a commendation plaque from the Deputy Minister of Roads and Transportation of Iran (2001-2003):In this project, I supervised the substructure (earthworks, drainage systems, and a two-span 20-meter bridge) and the superstructure of two sections of the Tehran-Mashhad railway. The first section was between Abrisham Station and Jajarm Station, and the second from Jajarm Station to Azadvar. I received a commendation for using computer software to prepare periodic progress reports and for improving the geometric design of the railway substructure.
