• Quality Checks for the authenticity of analysis; QC/QA Laboratory budget preparations. Regular Reporting to Chief Technical Officer & Managing Director during the Process Monitoring Committee \[PMC\] Meet.

• Validation/Qualification, maintenance, upkeep & related documentation for lab equipment and maintenance of reference standards and calibration of glassware.

• Development of methods, designing the protocol, validation of analytical methods, writing or review of validation reports & preparation of SOP’s. Well experience in Disinfectant selection, preparation and concentration optimization to control microbial issues. Trouble shooting, CAPA investigations, identification, and implementation of corrective actions.

• Out of specification (OOS), Out of trend (OOT) investigations and Trend Analysis-Control Chart for assigned field. Conducting the risk assessment for developing and preparing the safety protocols \[PRP, OPRP, and CCP\].

• Setting the specification for the instruments (Technical bit & negotiations), technical support in the procurement and set of Bioscience laboratory \[Microbiology/Biotechnology labs\] in accordance with ISO17025 as per NABL needs.
