Coordinate and facilitate AMAK operational and support departments regarding services required from Government Relation department.
 Make E. payments related to staff exit reentry visas, iqama renewal. Saudi Council of
engineering registrations / renewal, profession change, work permit renewal, other govt bills, vehicle registration renewal, vehicle transfer and number plate issuance etc.
 Monthly closing of GR accounts & bank reconciliation.
 Help facilitate, coordinate and arrange documents for the renewal of mining license and secure renewal for 30 years.
 Facilitate new staff in Saudi council of Engineering registration.
 Help support new staff in bank account opening process.
 Coordinate with departments for their visa requests including exit reentry, work, and business visit visa. Coordinate with agencies abroad to send original visa documents after necessary attestation and verification.
 Operate DHL and UPS automated waybill system and generate waybills for shipment and follow up for safe delivery to consignee & coordinate with courier companies (FedEx-TNT, UPS, DHL Naqel, Sendex etc) for imported items, custom clearance authorization and other matters.
Coordinate for Job order & visa documents attestation from Jeddah MWO-Philippines.
Coordinate with operational department regarding their requests related to machines and vehicles queries.
Prepare monthly, weekly GR progress reports and other need-based reports.
Prepare Cu and Zn parcel shipping documents and keep documents updated as per changes in IMO new maritime cargo shipment developments.
Help in arrangement of gold and silver export shipment documents.
Help facilitate ICT matters related troubleshooting and arrangement of required supplies.
Work as custodian of Najran office petty cash and timely submits the claim to finance for reimbursement.
Receive AMAK shipments record it and coordinate with supply chain for GRN and warehouse transfer.
Review and analyze invoices.

• Worked under the supervision of Programme Director (PD) in UNFAO supported National Agriculture Research Center located in Najran, KSA.
• Help and facilitate the PD in technical drafting, archive management.
• Worked in warehouse and chemical warehouse improvement and inventory recording.
• Devised operational plan for both warehouses.
• Coordinate internationally with research centers and seek areas of mutual interest with the advise of PD.
• Informed PD for national and international conferences and training opportunities.
• Help the plan physiology in tunnel designing for citrus varieties trail.

During my stay at Helping Hands USA (HHUSA) I was solely responsible to manage the livelihoods program of the organizations.
• I developed the projects of varied nature that includes (income support projects-micro financing, , cash for work activities, community physical infrastructure construction its development and improvement that includes -:suspension bridges, link roads, pedestrian pathways, countering of agriculture land, environment conservation initiatives, enhancing the technical skills of the un-employed person including men and women apart form that the main program was relay on agriculture and environment support initiatives.
• As a manager I developed the project funding proposals in accordance to the requirement of donor agencies (United Nations partner agencies, International aid agencies, HHUSA and government of Pakistan.
• I was ungagged in the development of HHUSA micro-finance strategy and development of Management information system (MIS) that can cater the portfolio of over 100 thousands beneficiaries.
• In order to increase the wellbeing of deprived communities I executed 11 technical & vocational skills development centers in remote and urban areas for both male and female and ensured its sustainability by making strong linkage with local and international market.
• I trained, brainstorm and guide the team mates by soft skill enhancing training program and refresher courses according to the training need assessment and check the training and courses impact in their workability and performance.
• In all my tenure at HHUSA I developed projects proposals, plan the activities and prepare the project and program annual budgets.
• Took part in UN cluster meetings, International development organizations meetings and shared the HHUSA progress, actively contributed in organizing the international conferences, its arrangements finalizing the agenda, speaker’s invitations and session heads arrangements. Coordinate to the co-sponsors of the event their nature of contribution. I also contributed in the events marketing and publicity campaign in this regard coordinate with print, television and social media.
• I successfully executed UNFAO funded project of “community based livelihood rehabilitation plan” post 2005 earthquake rehabilitation in a given time frame and allocated funds and to become the first partner organization of UNFAO to receive appreciation certificate for the completion of project efficiently and professionally that benefited over 10, 000 effected families.

I worked as an Agronomist/Livelihood Officer in Islamic Relief (IR) UK .The basic aim of my position was to develop, improve and rehabilitate the lost livelihood means during October 2005 earthquake.
In joint coordination with the livelihood manager and Kashmir IR area office I identified the lost means of livelihoods that unemployed majority of rural people especially women.
We gather the secondary data of crop, vegetable and orchid damages and the affected area of cultivation in Kashmir region.
I participated in the development of livelihood project development by getting the first hand information after situation analysis and submitted both program and financial proposals to international funding agencies UN, DFID, EU, USAID etc.
I devised the livelihood annual plan and thorough monitoring/evaluation system to assess the
Livelihood interventions impact on the affected communities.
I developed cash 4 work activities to restore cultivable land, Identified the progressive farmers and development fruit orchids, provide the quality seeds of crops and farming tools in order to resume the farming activities, progressive farmers were trained on cultivation, harvesting, storage and marketing of their produce.
I wrote the quarterly progress reports, developed the staff work plan and adjust the methodology after identifying the loop holes and constraints in order to achieve the best output.
Best quality, improved and climatically suitable livestock (goats, bulls) distributed in the farming
communities to overcome the dairy shortage and improve the existing livestock species.
I participated in the area cluster meetings include: development organizations and government department to share the IR progress and remove the rick of resource overlapping.
I was involved in the development of micro Credit Programme strategy and enterprises development Strategy of Islamic Relief. I was also involved in the development of indigenous handi crafts its value addition and marketing mechanism of these products and also identification of green products for value addition and marketing in order to achieve the sustainability of intervention.
