● Conducting the Procurement process (Preparing Project Packages,
RFQs for potential Vendors, Performing technical evaluation, preparing
comparison sheets, Negotiating commercial & technical terms and
conditions, Preparing the (PO, LPO, WO) for the materials / services as per
project requirements)
● Organizing and managing the technical submissions
● Directing and managing Subcontractors work at site
● Overseeing the planning and scheduling of all on going activities.
● Working with Project Management to resolve site issues, improve
operations and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
● Closing all the Technical Documents for all Subcontractors.
● Preparation of all close out documents: O&M, as built, etc.
● Handing over the works for the Client.
- Reviewing Contractor Technical Submittals (MAT, MS, SDW..etc).
- Providing advice & recommendations to construction personnel & clients as needed.
- Performing site inspections for completed works.
- Making sure all completed works are as per Project Specs.
- Handling the Redline / as built drawings for handing over.

Working around constraining factors such as: town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget, Following up with the authorities to get the approvals needed for the project (Civil Defense, DOT, and Municipality), Replying for the RFIs from the contractor side, Having a regular site visits, Arrange meetings with clients to submit designs proposals for review and approval and/or collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations or repairs, Daily progress reports, 3D modeling and rendering (using AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Sketch Up, 3D Max, and V-Ray).
Develop and implement an urban housing and community upgrade
integrated rehabilitation project and Produce technical assessment as
well as BOQs for all building projects, rehabilitations, and housing unit
works.
Following-up with a daily progress report for the construction sites, Architectural Designs proposals for Villas, Apartments building, and clinics building, Meeting up with the clients for coordination, Drafting
architectural drawings and details for the project, Following-up with the authorities (Civil Defense, Municipality, and JE) to get the approvals required for the project.
