• Handle the project from Client Meeting to concepts-Presentation-Detailed Drawings-Tendering-Supervision and Handing over.
• Interpret & translate client & senior architect needs into concepts.
• Experienced in dealing with Authorities, DM, DDA, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, RTA, DCD, SDTPS, SM.
• Undertake design project from concept to completion: Communicate ideas& project implementations to enable work to become more efficient &better coordinated
• Assist senior team in providing all necessary information required to submit for RFP & fully aware of scope & deliverables of the projects
• Be responsible for leading project direction as well as coordination with team of architects, Structural & MEP engineers & multi-disciplinary designers to produce high quality design work, reports & documentation in the form of deliverables
• Preparation of Exterior & interior 3d views for the presentation, Schematic, Detailed drawings required for authorities.
• Attend meetings mid bid & contractor interviews with senior architects & Files notes& actions of meetings
• Assist in reviewing tender report & propose successful tenderer to client
• Ensure that the Company Quality Management System is effectively implemented
• Review & ensure that the Contractors is following all the contract documents
• Clarification about the design & specifications by responding to RFI’s initiated by the Contractors
• Assist in Review & Approval of shop drawing & detail drawings submitted by the contractor
• Addresses any modifications such as design change request & field change request, desired by client in coordination with design architect.
• Assists in the approval of Material submitting Ensure that all work is done at site is as per approved material submitter & following the approved method statement
• Issuance of Non Conformity Report (NCR) if contract, approved shop drawings, approved materials, approved method statement, Municipality code standards &safety procedure are not followed at site.

Concept & Design Development
• Well experienced in handling project from concept to handing over.
• Support Senior Architect to develop design ideas from concept and create design presentations.
• Prepare and present concept & design solutions and take part in various stages of design development.
• Strong visual awareness & keen eye on aesthetic and detailing& preparing architectural detail drawings.
• Client meeting and discussion with preliminary sketches.
• Having ability to think and create in 3dimensional perspectives with rendering and presentations from the concept stage to the final stage of the project.
• Well knowledge in Different styles of architecture and facade developments.
• Experienced in Interior designing& preparing Interior co-ordination drawings.
• Analyzing & Ensure knowledge of all applicable local design guidelines, zoning codes & international standards of practice.
• Prepare detailed drawings for the site execution of the project.
• Produce authority drawings for the licensing of the project and Taking part or lead in design assignments in collaboration with project team.
• Prepare drawings and documents required for tendering and construction concerning the design department.
• Co-coordinating & working with relevant team for the execution of the project and ensuring the quality of the project.
• Arrange meetings to review design, plans, making modifications or revisions as required for architecture & interior projects.
• Allocation, distribution and follow up of task within the team, checking of works produced, ensure work is completed & delivered with quality after a self-check.
• Worked closely with the Senior Project / Design Manager to produce conceptual layouts for various projects.
• Creating Conceptual Designs by Considering Client requirements along with implementing my ideas & creativity in to it.
• Preparing Hand sketched Conceptual views that Provides a Initial idea to the Client and Senior Architect.
• Built CAD drawings based on requirements provided by client and develop design with compliance to local building code, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
• Supported the production of architectural renders for Design Documents.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
• Collaborated with client and internal lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.
• Preparing the feasibility study, initial Scope & Site Study According to the Project Type.
• Preparing the Drawings, Details and Perspectives...etc. for the Approvals of the Client, Dubai Municipality, Shariah municipality & other Government Authorities related to the Location and Scope of Project.
