o Conduct field survey using Leica Total Station TS15 or TCRP 1201 for Laser scanning modeling to convert into 3d model.
o Work closely with the Laser Scanner personnel to assure the precise measurements position of camera.
o Modeling and inteligizing of assets from scanned data or point cloud using RealityLINx Software.
o Review the scanned 3D model and compare to the received updated P&ID.
o Conduct site verify with the team for the missing tags that haven’t identify in P&ID. Prepares discrepancy report for the mismatched of scanned model versus P&ID and for unidentified piping and equipment .
o Intelligizing or naming the missing tags and identified piping in the 3D model that identified during site verification.
o Review the PDS converted models into RealityLINx software for accuracy and completeness of 3D.
o Prepares exception report with information and discrepancies that have been generated through observations during the creation of the Master Model Workspace from the received PDS/PDMS Models. Categorized the exception into Major and minor discrepancies. Site verify the discrepancies and update the model using 3D RealityLINx software.
o Closely communicate with the INOVx engineer and the team for the set rules to implement Inspection plan for placing TMLs and creating Knowledge Views (KV).
o Applies approved Damage Mechanism Inspection Plan in placing TMLs (ex. Injection Point, Mixing Point, Corrosion/ Erosion 2 phase flow, Corrosion Localized No Flow etc..).
o Lead the team for the production of placing more than 100k TMLs and creating 20k KVs for total of 51 Units.
o Assist the INOVx engineers in preparing Program Solutions applies to each department (Inspection Solution, Maintenance, Safety, Turn Around, Operation).
o Prepares proposal Knowledge Views for Blinding Location for the requirements in Turn Around.
o Conduct one on one training for some of PRC employee on how to use basic function of RealityLINx Software.
o Conduct a training on how to use RealityLINx 3D modeling for the updating of model. (4 Attendee’s)
o Prepares AMIS Table to fill information by PRC to load into the system.
o Work closely with the PRC team who’s preparing information/data of each pipe line and TMLs to fill in AMIS Table to ensure the correctness of information
• Other Responsibilities:
o Prepares project activity.
o Distributes works to the draftsman.
o Ensures the Quality of work.
o Apply and ensures that the set rules are followed accordingly.
o Prepares updated weekly and monthly activity report.
o On-site project support for any technical and inspection issues.
o Creates corrosion loops on P&IDs using PFDs.
o Extract isometric drawings using latest CAD software (Microstation & AutoCAD)
o Provides design of the project in a short period of time.
o Convert sketches or specifications of the project from an engineer or other designer; into detailed CAD drawings.
o Ensures that drawings, graphs and charts needed for the support of any activity will be submitted promptly and accomplished accurately.
o Verify measurement and condition of the site and coordinate with the construction group for the preparation of shop drawings.
o Drafts Mechanical, Civil and Electrical drawings like isometric piping, plant layout, P&ID, PFD, pipe supports, pipe racks structural support, electrical diagram, structural foundation etc.
o Prepares shop drawing in conformance with Saudi Aramco Standard Drawings and Specification. (Aramco Projects)
o Prepares drawings in conformance with Automated Saudi Aramco Cadd Standards (AutoSACS). (Aramco Projects)
o Prepares redline drawing and reflect into as-built drawings.
o Maintaining a master document register of the latest drawings on a project and ensure that all recipients are transmitted the drawings they require as soon as new revisions of drawings are received.
o Monitors and tracks job progress according to schedules.
o Performs as-built drawing and quantity take offs.
o Develops quantity and cost forecasts, performance evaluations and progress measurement reports.
o Validates the completion of quantity take offs for work installed at site.
o Prepares and updates project execution schedule
o Prepared and performed a reverse engineering of technical drawings of fire arms, ammunition and other defense armaments (Mechanical parts drawings, Isometric drawings, 3D assembly drawings and details).
o Updated the files of original documents (technical drawings and other pertinent maintenance documents) that require revision.
o Drafted technical drawings such as architectural, electrical, plumbing and structural need in own company building maintenance and project.
o Ensured that drawings, graphs and charts needed for the support of any maintenance activity will be submitted promptly and accomplished accurately.
