Back Office Transmission Operation Engineer
Summary:
With work experience as Back Office Transmission Operation Engineer dealing with Fiber Optic Rings, Microwave Links and End User Business Customer Point to Point on daily bias
Job responsibility:
•Troubleshooting fiber Optical Transmission network through using feasible tools such as (OTDR, Visual Fault Locator, Power meter) Troubleshoot long fiber span issues, e.g., Loss of connectivity or Performance degradation
•Follow up installation, commissioning, configuration and maintenance for RTN and NEC Microwave links
•Handle alarm activity and quality of service across all Transmission Networks by using relevant NMS.
•Conducting cutover processes, traffic migration, re-routing, provision End-to-End path protection
