Job responsibility:
•Formulated strategy for swapping of existing TD-WiMAX network to TD-LTE network with synchronization and frequency re-farming, Formulation of LTE RF KPIs, acceptance Procedure
•Evaluation and Acceptance of Cluster Optimization and SSV done by Drive Test team
•Network soft parameters Optimization, Coverage Tuning, new site integration, , Site Survey reports management and Verification of Single Site and Cluster Optimization Reports
•Initial system design and dimensioning, coverage and capacity planning for existing network, new areas
•RF coverage map creation from CDMA, WiMAX and LTE simulations for Rx, RSSI, RSRP, EcIo, CINR, RSRQ and capacity /commercial coverage map simulations using prediction maps and subscriber lists
•Parameter planning of Frequency, PI, PN, PCI, LAC, TA and Neighbor, Planning & implementation Guidelines for projects purposes
•Project progress tracking, made daily and weekly reports to Management.
•Locally supported customer technical queries and assist in customer complain handling
•Responsible to RF Planning and Optimization of existing WiMAX and CDMA network
•Network KPI analysis, traffic analyzing and creating appropriate report Queries in M2000
•Ensuring regular parameter audit and up-to-date error less RF database. Audit of RAN parameters
•Continuous Drive test Process - (Single Site Verification and Cluster) for WiMAX and CDMA network
•WiMAX CPE and CDMA terminal performance and acceptance testing
•Performance Test of new coverage enhancement solution (Repeater, TMB and TMA)
