 Making Job file/Billing every end of the month i.e. handling-in and handling-out out as per unit of measurement (UOM) and for UOM e.g. per pallet, CBM, shipment order, receipt orders, truck requests and others.
 Maintains valid pricing for both air and ocean products for all common trade lanes.
 Obtains the pricing as part to the market rates through constant negotiations.
 Updates and monitor the recorded rates from time to time & maintain valid pricing for all carriers.
 Coordinates with sales team for the market price of the shipment.
 Provides up dated Rate Request Form (RRF) to sales team and responsible for getting competitive prices from the agents and counterparts.
 Submits quotation to the customer & routing Order to the counterpart if necessary for import shipment.
 Daily updates & reviews the KPI report maintaining of above 95%.
