• Manage IB, OB and Inventory including shipping
documentation for international and domestic (A-Z) process
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Assists warehouse coordinator in all warehouse requirements
• Ensures that any discrepancies are reported based on SLA

• In-charge of IB, OB, Inventory ( A-Z ) physical process
• Responsible for managing the workload within the various
functions and ensuring that Supervisor is advised in a timely
manner when available resources do not meet requirements
