• Coordinate or schedule the activities of packers.
• Estimate materials and workers requirements to complete jobs.
• Checking with the costumer which items are to be moved.
• Assign workers in specific task, such as kitchen, living room, master bed room, etc…
• Make a summary report of the job to be sent to the costumer (NIPPON EXPRESS MIDDLE EAST).
• Preparing monthly stock report of the materials.
• Monitoring daily staff attendance.
• Purchased all the packing materials to be use in our daily operations.
• Receiving spare parts request from workshop personnel and checking for availability.
• Make a purchase requisition through Lotus Notes System
• Encoding issuance transaction using Baan system.
• Ensuring proper bin allocation and preservation of the Spare parts.
• Preparation of documents for payment to the suppliers and forward to the purchasing department.
• Periodical physical stock checking compare with Books.
• Identifying of dead stock, slow moving items.
• Record Keeping and ensuring house keeping.
• Provides support to assigned area by performing start/set up calibration/maintenance work on the assigned machined and equipment.
• Receives instruction from the immediate superior and performs start up/calibration on equipment machine prior to production use.
• Checks the condition of machine and performs necessary repairs to prevent machine downtime.
• Implement existing performance to manufacturer’s specification for efficient machine operations
• Assisting and supporting other technicians and maintain good housekeeping in the area.
• Receiving incoming materials.
• Issuing materials needed in production.
• Handles purchasing orders, monitors and checking delivery orders.
• Encoding issuance transaction using SAP (System Application and Data Processing).
• Prepare MIR (Material Inspection Report) for spare parts that will be endorse in IQA.
• Checking PO (Purchase Order) and Incoming materials in the system.
• Assembling Appliances in line (Refrigeration Department)
