Prepare Annual Financial Statements and Management Accounts for 34 institutes/colleges of District Faisalabad and Chiniot as per IAS 20
Prepare and manage Annual Budget Estimates and Excess/Surrender Reports for all 34 institutes/colleges
Ensure books of accounts are maintained per standard requirements and supervise the accounting software
Manage Funds Flow and supervise all financial transactions across 34 institutes and colleges
Prepare and manage payroll and pension for 34 institutes/colleges
Make budget estimate and continuous comparison with actual expenditure and assure to make expenditure within budgetary resources of the institute.
Preparation of working paper and Submission of working paper to TEVTA Audit section for onward forwarding to the office of Director General Commercial Audit & Evaluation.
Verification of original record before meeting
Issuance of audit comments.
Updated working paper in the light of audit comments.
Prepare rough cost estimates for Annual Repair, Special Repair, and procurement of training materials / Financial Analysis & forecasting on consumable Training Materials of institutions and colleges
Assist in preparation of Annual Development Plans (ADP-42 and ADP-36) for building construction and asset procurement
Ensure donor compliance with respect to financial reporting
Handle financial queries and provide support to Manager Accounts on day-to-day financial operations
