• To coordinate with clients/Project Manager/Architect to establish clients requirements and ensure they are realized.
• In charge of preparation of working drawings and specifications of interior construction, materials, finishes, space, planning, lighting and equipment.
• Spearhead architectural & interior design in all stages of the projects
• To develop & update architectural & interior design guidelines for reference & implementation across all projects
• Conduct research & compile information on trends, materials & fittings in architectural & interior designs for reference & carry out possible implementation across all projects
• Coordinate with Tenancy Design & Consultancy team to ensure alignment of interior proposals & their interface with tenancy designs
• Responsible for managing the design functions on projects as assigned including liaising with Architecture on interior space planning, engineering a specialty functions throughout all phases from feasibility to operations.
• Liaising with the development and delivery departments to ensure effective design management. Establishing design briefs, requests for proposals, area programs, scopes of work and deliverables requirements for interior design consultants.
• Leading Interior Design team for each assigned project including key scope, schedule and cost. Advise consultant on use of cost effective materials and manage systemic value engineering throughout project.
• Support Sustainability implementation. Assisting in the tender selection process specifically related to the appointment of pre-qualified interior contractors, including adjudication and evaluation process
• To lead a team of designers and control the direction of the design, whilst keeping within specific time and budget constraints, for a number of projects simultaneously.
• Develop a design and manage the team to meet presentation deadlines as well as coordinate with the client and all other relevant consultants/contractors.
• Directly responsible for conceptualization, hands-on design, presentation and implementation of commercial, residential, institutional and all other project.
• Administrative and supervisory function is to control and coordination of 3d studio max presentation, from tender to detail drawing and initial contract and cost management.
• Monitoring & Evalution of the drafting, drawing and documentation team of Architects and Interior Designers.
• Supervision and coordination the team on site that related to the work project.
