Ware House Supervisor
• Warehouse Supervisor Al Sorayai Groups
• Deliver the company vision, mission and objectives to all employees in the CSPS and to ensure they are well understood.
• Check all received items against the orders specification.
• Enter all received items in computer, fix identification labels and prepare MAS (Material Acceptance Sheet) and get approval from concern department.
• Send approved MAS and other documents to the CSPS Manager.
• Ensure all materials / goods are properly stored, to prevent physical, chemical or environmental damage.
• On receipt of any issue request from the department manager, prepare MTS (material transfer sheet) by computer and issue Materials / Goods according to request from the department foreman / manager.
• Maintain supplier’s performance records, subject to services, quality, reliability, delivery etc.
• Cooperate with CSPS Manager to arrange physical inventory of store regularly.
• Update with the CSPS Manager the outstanding materials / goods orders.
• Protect company confidential & properties, information & records.
• Maintain required safety, security and housekeeping standards throughout the process
