• I worked with Giordano for five years, starting out on the sales floor. This was really a great starting place, as I got opportunity to meet different national people and customers and understand the real reason to work for Giordano.
• I worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia which is a business place and need special attention to grab the business opportunity.
• Manage day-today performance of stores and operation like sales, inventory control, visual merchandising, housekeeping, security, administration and compliance to company policies/procedures. Managed Giordano/BSX stores with successful sales results during busy Holy Ramdan month season.
• Train, develop, Schedule and supervise team of sales associates. Motivate staff to achieve performance goals and ensure productive store operations.
• Develop and manage customer relations to maximize service satisfaction, promote goodwill and generate repeat/referral business that contributes to sales growth.
• I handled many stores in Jeddah and Riyadh like Al-Mahmal Centre, Corniche Centre, Sultan, Azeeziya Mall, Kuraish Plaza, Tahliya Shopping Centre and even Faisaliya Shopping Centre in Balad, Jeddah the first shop laid the foundation by our Respected Regional Director Mr. Abdul Qadir Jeelani.
• Attending weekly meeting conducted by our Area Sales Manager and giving feedback of customers and market situation.
• Analyzing weekly sales report of the shop and after consolidation of the points I generate final report to submit to the Area Sales Manager.
• Follow up inventory management on every Saturday. (Weekly basis)
• Planning for staff’s day off.
• Giving full cooperation to the corporate sales. We generated very good sales from bulk customers in order to fulfill corporate sales requirement.
• We performed consistently well in my area and achieved the maximum numbers of targets, my team was rewarded on account of annual party and many other occasions.
• I always made efforts in other outlets to produce positive results and for all the time I strived to exceed the sales for company’s interest.
• I always encouraged myself and my team to be more productive for company’s interest.
• I really worth and value of this company and its people specially our Respected Regional Director Mr. Abdul Qadir Jeelani and Respected GM Mr. Ahmedullah who supported me lot and gave me chance to handle newly launched BSX Brand in Jeddah. It was really a great opportunity for me to work in a new brand with the same zeal and enthusiasm.
