Fully responsible for the company's projects (study of new projects, feasibility study, contracts ...), in addition to the follow-up projects, technically and financially. Study and the establishment of new plants.
• The establishment of an integrated plan for quality control, both for the company in general or for special projects.
• Choice of sources of material supplied to the company, or projects, based on international standards, whether concrete or asphalt materials or soil or construction materials, and conduct the required tests according to international standards or specifications.
Concrete: acceptance or rejection of the source material (Aggregate, Cement, Chemical additives, Water, Micro Silica, Fly Ash, GGBFS, and other additives), Mixes design (as ACI, BS, DIN) for all concrete grade and type (Normal, high performance concrete, light weight concrete, RCC, SCC, …) And conduct all the required tests (whether raw materials or ready-mixed concrete or hardened concrete) Such as: Sampling, Materials Finer, Sieve Analysis, Specific Gravity and Absorption, Lightweight Pieces in Aggregate, Resistance to abrasion and degradation, Resistance to freezing and thawing, Bulk density, Aggregate constituents, Resistance to alkali reactivity and volume change, Laboratory and Field Tests for Freshly Mixed Concrete (Sampling, Consistency, Temperature, Air content, Density, Setting time, Chloride content, Cement content, Bleeding, Water content, ..) and hardened concrete (Normal test as Strength Tests of Hardened Concrete, Air Content, Density, Relative Density (Specific gravity, Absorption, and Voids), Portland Cement Content, Chloride Content, Petrographic Analysis, Durability, and Nondestructive Test (as Rebound Hammer Tests, Penetration Tests, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity) and Destructive test (as Core Test) and at the last solution Loading test.
Soils and Asphalt: Find acceptable sources of materials (backfill materials, Subgrade, Base and subbase materials, Aggregate for Asphalt) from natural sources as borrow pit or Crushers or mixing available materials certain proportions (to obtain the required specifications by local way or using the central mixers - Pugmill)

My work tasks included but not limited to:
1-Quality control manager for ALARKAN Batching Plants.
• Planned, coordinated, and directed quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards: Develops and analyzed statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
• Formulated and maintained quality control objectives and coordinated objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Directed, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

• Planned, promoted, and organized training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Investigate and adjusted customer complaints regarding quality.
2-Project manager for KAIA project (ALAKAN CO.).
• Ensured all necessary logistics such as (mobile concrete pumps, truck mixers, and stationary pumps) are ready to avoid delays and disruptions to the scheduled concrete pours.
• Ensured that materials and its source are as per specifications and project requirements.
• Conducted periodic check on the concrete batch plant to ensure that they follow our agreed specifications and company standards.
• Organized and Instructed staff on daily assignments to make sure concrete is delivered on time. Monitored concrete quality and strength results and acted on any deficiencies that may have been existed.
• Conducted weekly progress meeting with consultants .
• Controlling concrete quantities
• Organize and schedule staff for concrete pouring activities and construction site follow-up.
• Checked daily laboratory reports to make sure proper procedures followed on as established.
