• Implementing and managing Azure networking & Implementing Azure NSG.
• Maintaining the logs of IT issues through incident management by the guidance of ITIL & providing Hardware & Software support to users remotely, over the phone, or in person. .
• Planning and implementing storage, backup, and recovery services.
• Implementing & Assigning QR Patrol phones, Laptops & Tetra Radio devices with necessary scale fusion security applications & Providing IT Support services to private security forces at FIFA STADIUMS.
• Maintaining the logs of IT issues through incident management by the guidance of ITIL & providing technical support to 1200+ users remotely or over the phone.
• Responsible to facilitate the smooth functioning of computer systems & peripheral devices in the network like routers, CCTV, printers, scanners, MATRIX access control, & Wi-Fi extenders.
• Manage & Track QR Patrol users via MDM system, Office 365 administration & backup retention policy, IT inventory, Microsoft teams & responsible for Live streaming of FIFA 2022 World Cup.
• Manage IT service using Mange Engine (Desktop Support Tool).
• Train users & operations staff, produce additional documentation, and escalate requests to vendors. Configure IP phones, Install & Update OS via IPV4 (Network Boot).
• Office 365 administration. Add new users, generate & provide them login credentials.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and arrange scheduled upgrade plans.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
